🚐🍔🍟Food hot tasty as always, off course with extra seasoning on the chips (it's not KFC without extra seasoning 😂). Always a good experience and standard. I travel quite a bit and whichever KFC I attend it's always dependable.
🚐😥I really don't like voicing complaints. However, from a business point of view, I prefer to look at them as opportunities to learn from/opportunities to change for the better. Perhaps they are unaware of any particular said issue...
🚐🍔🍟The only complaint i ever have with KFC is if you order any burger with the original chicken breast (with those secret herbs and spices😀), the fillet hardly covers half of the bun. I always opens to check then close and tear off half the bun with no fillet and throw it away (i can get plain bread rolls anywhere). I'm therefore left eating half a burger. This has been my only negative experience with KFC food and value for money for over 30yrs. I don't want to eat half a burger when you pay for a full one. Read moreDisgusting! I went into the restaurant opting not go through the drive-thru. I requested freshly cooked chips as there was only a scrapping in the chip warmer and I didn't want those. The attendant did request more chips but quiet clearly demonstrated attitude, then they left them sitting getting cold while they took their time completing my order. They took the chicken from the side that they serve the drive-thru hence I could not see want I getting. It didn't really surprise me though when I got home and opened the box to receive dark overcook chicken saturated in oil. Very, disappointing, unappealing and extremely unappertising. In fact it was so bad I wouldn't even rate it one star only that I had to, to be able leave a comment. I hope the Fanchisee actually reads these reviews and acts upon them by implementing a monitoring system in place and perhaps retraining their staff to lift the standard of customer service, food safety and product quality.
