Subject: Poor Customer Service at Camden Valley Way Narellan Subway
Dear Subway Australia,
My name is Sandy, and I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Camden Valley Way Narellan location on May 4,2025.
This evening, I visited the store and approached the counter to order a 6-inch Chicken Teriyaki on malted rye bread. One of the employees, a tall Indian woman, responded with visible attitude and repeatedly questioned my request. She insisted I was wrong and asked if I meant multigrain bread, even though malted rye is a standard bread option at Subway. It was clear she was unfamiliar with the product offerings, which is concerning for someone in her position.
After this interaction, I noticed both staff members went into a room and spoke in another language while laughing, which felt highly unprofessional and disrespectful. When I attempted to place another order, her lack of interest and unwillingness to serve me was clear.
Customer service at this location is unacceptable. Staff members should be properly trained and treat every customer with courtesy, regardless of background or language. I sincerely hope this matter is investigated and action is taken to ensure better service in the future.
