Made a booking and walked in to not have booking acknowledged. We're given a table almost on top of another group despite plenty of tables available. Watched 4 staff look at and step over a straw on the floor, watched a waitress use a soft scrubbing brush to "sweep" tables. Ordered Chicken Parmigiana. All our meals required cutlery but the waiter who delivered the meals asked if we wanted cutlery. We then had to ask for serviettes. Parmi should have ham, but I understand why this is not the case, yet alcohol is sold... I ate my chicken before realising it was undercooked and pink in parts. Telling myself it was the tomato sauce I ate more of the meal. Less than 10 minutes after my last mouthful and I was in the bathroom spewing my guts up, and all three stalls were filthy. Instead of replacing a toilet paper roll, the replacement was just dumped on the the sanitation bin. The toilet in the disabled stall was leaking and the bathrooms stunk, obviously not cleaned properly. Whilst I was in the toilet vomiting, my fiancé and his son were left ignored by staff for over half hour. They could have had dessert, I had sent a message to my fiancé to explain my delay and asked for a drink of water. But nope no one went near my boys. We went to pay, no one asked if our meals were okay, and when my fiancé explained the above issues, the manager came out and stood near the waitress who took payment and gave what was a clearly frequently given apology. The manager went to the other end of the counter. When we asked after the manager, we were directed to the man who was able to dash out of the kitchen to hear what we said to the waitress, but suddenly unable to hear that we wished to speak with him. We waited several minutes before realising that we were intentionally ignored and leaving. I'm disappointed that small businesses struggle for customers when the public accepts this poor attempt at hospitality. We will stick with our small locally owned businesses after...

I have to give a massive shoutout to the Rashays team for delivering an unforgettable experience – not just once, but every single time. We’ve been coming here for years, and it’s hands-down our favorite family spot. We’ve tried other Rashays locations, but there’s something truly special about this one. You can feel the warmth, the service, the attention to detail – the family vibe that Rami envisioned? It’s alive and thriving right here.
Recently, we visited to celebrate my wife’s birthday – a big day for us – and ordered a variety of items including their famous platters and a burger. The platter was absolutely incredible – flame-grilled chicken, juicy skewers, onion rings, loaded chips, corn on the cob, sauces, fresh salad – everything cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Just seeing it laid out is enough to make your mouth water (and yes, the photos don’t even do it justice).
However, we had a minor issue – the burger didn’t taste quite right. I mentioned it casually as feedback, and immediately the team responded with genuine care and professionalism. No questions asked, they proactively offered to replace it, ensuring we were happy and felt valued. That level of service? Rare. It’s not just about the food here – it’s about how they make you feel.
It’s this Rashays team’s kindness, humility, and customer-first attitude that makes them true superstars. Their service didn’t just meet expectations – it went beyond. It’s hard to describe, but this place has that GOAT-level energy. You’re not just another table or order – you’re part of something that feels like home.
To the entire Rashays team – THANK YOU. For us, this place is more than a restaurant – it’s where we celebrate moments, share meals, and feel looked after. Keep doing what you do – you’ve absolutely nailed it.
Massive respect and best wishes to this team. You’re setting the bar for everyone...

19:24 ordered from head office. Took 10 minutes to complete order
20:38 called to check order status. Was told order was being finalised. They forgot to deliver the order and let it sit there.
About 20:54 order arrived. Realised it was incorrect after driver left.
20:56 called head office again.Got put on hold after I explained the situation. Suddenly transferred to the restaurant with no mention from operator nor did restaurant understand my situation.
After being put on hold for minutes at a time and repeating what happened I spoke to the manager who had delivered my order and was offered a replacement order for another day free of charge. He said I didn't need a voucher or code that he wouldn't forget....
Called this evening to take up the offer and apparently I misunderstood and was only being offered a replacement order of onion rings that I didn't receive the first time but had already paid for... Even my wife heard the conversation and confirms I was offered a 'free replacement order'.
So basically, I was expected to spend more money here to get something that I'd already paid for and didn't receive? What great compensation for getting screwed around and receiving dried overcooked parmies on top of that. Beyond pathetic considering a few orders back the servings of onion rings were literally half of what it should have been or the few times before when they just gave us chips instead of onion rings because they ran out and didn't think to ask if we would prefer a refund. I've now learned my lesson and won't spend another dollar here.
Had I received a full refund for the trouble or what I was originally offered in compensation I would have continued to spend my money here.
And dont bother saying I should call customer service to discuss this because I did once before and not a thing gets done or no customer satisfaction...
