Kings Corner Thai Five Dock — Restaurant in Sydney

We have been ordering from this restaurant on UberEats since we move to Five Dock a year ago, food is delicious and we haven’t had any complaints until today. We ordered Pad Prik Khing on Uber Eats, as we did last week and we added a note to please have it with crispy pork belly (as we do ALL the time) just seconds after the restaurant accepting my order and without any warning or any notification, I received a phone call asking me to pay more for the same dish, because now they are selling it at a different price in their restaurant. I tried to explain the lady on the phone (that said it was the manager) that in my App I couldn’t see this and that I didn’t understand why the extra cost now, she did not listen to me and she kept asking me if I wanted or no to pay the extra charge that she kept saying it was in the App. I felt so disrespected with the fact that it was obvious she was not listening to anything that I was saying (I paused for a minute and no answer or noice on the other end). I've eaten here twice and won't be coming back. First the lady with the short hair was not the most welcoming person as I came in. First she interrupted me as I was talking assuming she knew what i was about to say and she was wrong and then i sat by the window and I asked her to clean the table as there were still plates. I would like to stress that it was NOT busy at this time (the first time I came in it was busy) but she still didn't clean the table until she brought my food (did not wipe it whatsoever just took the plates that were already there) and turned her back on me before I could even say anything.

Called to get some takeaway. I ordered a massaman curry that you could clearly tell came from the freezer or cool room and went right into the microwave because outside was piping hot but the middle was stone cold. The rice was very gluggy and evidently overcooked.
