Second time experiencing going on a weekend and my second mistake. Sheer mismanagement and lack of empathy by the owners. On both occasions we came in as a group of 15, got our names scribed to wait for a table. Unfortunately, they kept on entertaining groups of 4 that came after us that eventually resulted us in getting a table after 1 hr and 20 minutes. And when we did get the table, we still have to be split into two sub groups. When the above feedback was shared with the apparent owner (bearded gentleman at the cashier till) he was least concerned and still thought we were to blame since were a big group and it was ok to entertain groups coming after us. He was more concerned about taking the order and payment than listen to the misery we had to go through before getting a table.
The food came in relatively quickly but then took obnoxiously long for the plates and utensils to come. We had the entire table with food and watched it cool down till the plates came in.
One can generally understand such issues during peak rush time but The most disappointing piece was that the owner was least concerned about the feedback that we were trying to share and had his hand out to receive cash instead of listening to customer feedback.
Lastly, this restaurant accepts only cash during weekend rush hours. I hope ATO questions on their motives behind this...

We ate at Kolachi today and had the usual Pakistani breakfast items.The nann was ice cold and clearly a store bought and frozen product. There was no colour, the naan had not risen and it was soggy. We asked the owner to provide us fresh naan and he agreed but then no one came over to our table to replace it.
We then had to ask a waiter who told us that the naans hadn't changed and it was the same freshly made naan they had always served. We had to argue in Urdu to get a replacement which they begrudgingly did 8 minutes later.
Also, the nihari had clearly been reheated multiple times and the meat was tough. This was a very disappointing $65 meal for 4 people.
