I asked for a chicken snack pack and what I got was a soggy pita bread soaked in barbecue sauce filled with unappetizing undercooked chicken and no salad of any sort and no chips I didn’t get a snack pack I got a chicken kebab with only chicken and saturated In barbecue sauce I could not believe it!!!! I did not ask for sauce of any kind so why this rude illiterate man sabotaged my meal will baffle me for years to come My friend ordered a calzone and that was no calzone It was filled with chunks of cabanossi rubbery stringy cheap cheese and once again saturated in a sauce but this time the sauce was a bright yellow When I took this monstrosity of a meal back to show him he immediately became defensive aggressive and highly argumentative and wanted a fight He didn’t want to refund me but eventually did then he chased me outside to my car to ask if I were sure that I had bought this food from him 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I can imagine the response I will now get from this defensive rude owner as judging from other reviews he turns very nasty and puts the blame on imaginary uber drivers If you value your health Please avoid this so called “restaurant”at all costs No apology was offered and he looked annoyed not embarrassed Terrible experience Will never ever return

In reply to the false reply to my review what absolute rubbish I called immediately to complain about the messy presentation and horrific taste of a meal that I had never ordered or wanted and I was told to come in to see them at 5 as that is when the manager would be on duty to handle my complaint. Also I certainly DID NOT ask for both a refund and another order! The manager couldn’t care less when I brought the food back to show him how bad it looked He was very dismissive and as I was leaving because of his attitude I said that the correct procedure for a dissatisfied customer would be to be offered both a refund and also be offered something else as an apology for making the customer sick and for getting the order wrong as I had ordered a snack pack and was given a kebab which was saturated in barbecue sauce which is what they seem to put on everyone’s food going by all the bad reviews on here! As for the bread Are you serious??? I had to wrap some Lebanese bread around it to hold it together because of the saturation of barbecue sauce you splashed all over the kebab I did this because I was bringing it back to you. As soon as i unwrapped it it fell apart hence the reason I had to hold it together with my another pita on top of your soggy barbecue sauce soaked pita that had crumbled by the overuse of sauce I wish I had taken pictures of what this kebab that I never asked for looked like At least be decent enough to own up to your mistakes instead of trying to cover up your wrong doing by making up nonsense There are plenty of other reviews here that all say the same thing You don’t listen to your customers and...

Probably the WORST pizza experience I have ever had without eating a pizza.

Walked in at midnight to a man standing directly behind the cashier register in plain sight, and I stood there for about 45 seconds as he finished whatever he was doing on his social media, headphones in. He then asked me what did I want. I gave him clear precise instructions that I had to repeat myself numerous times until he removed his headphones and actually registered what I had asked for.

Meat Lovers, Tomato base, garlic, oregano and chili. The pizza came out with BBQ sauce swirl which I thought was strange, given that I had a tomato base and I just wanted to clear up what this BBQ sauce was doing on my pizza as I thought it would simply be logical that if you’re requesting “NO” BBQ sauce to begin with, that I would not return to the top as decoration or signature swirl...

Clearly I was in the wrong (sarcasm) as the owner and headphones staff member became extremely irate and aggressive with their defense.

Their fix was to remake my pizza, which I agreed to, but funnily enough had to repeat my order to both manager and headphones guy, which I became frustrated with politely asked for my money back.

I told the owner/manager that my patience was becoming thin and that headphones guy didn’t even realize that I was standing one meter in front of him. Headphones guy became verbally abusive and pointed a raised arm at me as a violent threat so left hastily.

I feel as though if I had discussed the issue any longer that there would have been an physical violent assault from headphones guy.

The pizza that I almost ate (hahaha) looked very mediocre and topping was scorched.

DO NOT EAT HERE.

GO HUNGRY BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY ON APPALLING DISGRACEFUL SERVICE AND...

My girlfriend and I only get this on food delivery apps, usually to satisfy our late night pizza cravings. Luckily, this restaurant opens hella late, so we’re always blessed to be bestowed with their fantastic pizzas. What’s more is that they always provide a free product as a special during the times we order from them, and although small, it’s an awesome added bonus. It’s usually sometimes like garlic bread, chips, or if you’re lucky, a small garlic pizza!

We’ve ordered multiple times from them and they’ve never failed us. The truffle fries are my partners favourite, and she can’t get enough of it. I was more shocked at the pizza sizes (we usually get 1 large pizza), since they were absolutely massive, and tasted incredible too. I would’ve eaten it all on the spot, but I had to restrain myself from doing so. We purchased a Nutella pizza from them before, but it was a bit underwhelming, shown in the photos, but my expectations aren’t that high anyways as I’m aware that many pizza joints kinda lack in this department. I can confidently say that the pizzas are the best thing on the menu though! I’ve also tried a crispy chicken burger before, and it was alright. I think it would have been a lot better if I had it whilst dining it, as the driver took a while to get it over.

Overall, super awesome pizza restaurant that saves your bum if you’re craving pizza late into the night, or if you want a pizza made properly, and not by an underpaid 15 year...
