Leaf Café — Restaurant in Sydney

My advice if you see the passing traffic in the market place is to get in line and prepare yourself for a fabulous dining experience at Leaf. While talking about lines, there are zero lines here to grab something from Leaf as the customer service is fast and exceptional. The coffee is strong, full bodied and rich in aromas. Objectively, the best coffee in Pennant Hills. While on the subject of things rich and strong, the quality of times had here set by leafs amazing decore adds to the experience of being in Pennant Hills. The close proximity to IGA and the car park only cements the chances you'll be seeing your best friends on the reg who may just come enjoy a quick drink with you. I can’t believe the staff kicked me out!!!! I’m a support worker, today my client wanted to come here for a coffee. But I didn’t feel like cafe food, so I went to subway and got some sandwiches. My client offered an ice coffee from leaf cafe, so naturally we found a seat and sat down. I started to eat my sandwich, and a staff came to me and asked me to go eat out side. I didn’t want to start an argument, so I went outside, and ate my sandwich standing up in the heat. If you all wondering why we didn’t go eat at the subway instead? Here is why. Because my client is mentally unstable, that’s why I’m his support worker. I can’t leave him unattended. And I’m sure, if I’m white, they won’t ask me to get out.

Food: Food was warm when served and prices are mostly reasonable. Pleased to see many vegetarian options. Wish this cafe was more allergy friendly as one family member had an allergic reaction after eating a vegan burger with no mayo (most likely the bread contained milk?). The extras (mushrooms, avocado) cost $4 - very overpriced.

Customer Service: Wish staff was more aware of what ingredients are in each dish. Also would be great for staff to be trained in how to deal with food allergy situations. However, happy with the fast service.
