A masterful mélange of flavours danced upon the mouth of this mere mortal today. Still, I savour the sophisticated blend of the dishes I was so lucky to sample. My journey began in soft lavender hues, a taro latte waking me gently with its sweet rich foam. A salmon benediction was then pronounced upon me. With divine dill, my partner's excellent taste gave my own a balsamic umami blessing that left me in a heady Holland daze. Finally, the fritters further opened my horizons, a courgette crunch matched with chutney that, while complex, still yielded to nuanced flavours in the avocado salsa de jour. The eggs in both were exceptional conduits and catalysts, for all flavours knew their roles in the play staged upon my palate. I left sated and inspired. Can you tell? ... Oh and my kid liked the croissant too.

Enjoyed a tasty brunch while making a quick stop to get the groceries. Great atmosphere and view of the park right outside, and even though it is just off the biggest main road in Macquarie, it very peaceful and quiet outside the cafe with a great breeze that came through. The brekkie burger was great and was well presented and flavorful. I had also ordered a banana protein milkshake, and the serving size was very reasonable for a shake. Not to mention, everything arrived very quickly as well with speedy service. A great place for a quick stop, with a very broad menu. The chorizo prawn pasta special looked great, and would love to come back again to try it!

Leaf Cafe & Co North Ryde - A test to the chain. Located in the “emerging” towers of North Ryde, the reputable Leaf Cafe & Co has established their footing in the newly developed areas of the Lower North Shore! With a reputation to boot, it was a must try as a lover of the franchise! — Highlights: Without a doubt, the ambiance and atmosphere is clean and have all the vibes of your “comfort” cafe - as all Leaf Cafe & Co do. It’s spacious and not too crowded and it was great to see they have Chilli Salt as a condiment! Review: Peri Peri Chicken Wrap - $14 Not bad. It’s quite good value for money and well portioned. The chicken was lacking in seasoning and was overcooked (a bit dry) however, it is a dish that gets better as you bite into it. Ebi Katsu Burger - $21 Not Recommended. This was quite disappointing as it was the most capturing dish on the menu. The Ebi patty is made out of a paste that did not have much prawns rather was overpowered by crumbs and corn. The yuzu mayo also had overpowered the burger as you get a strong hit after each bite. Although it lacked seasoning the chips were crisp and crunchy, and it was the addictive part of the dish with each crunch. Latte: $3.80 Preference. Using their house blend, the Leaf Cafe & Co beans are temperamental based on the heat of the milk. It starts off with a full-bodied chocolate yet nutty flavour however as it cools down, you will notice a distinct fruity note, like fine wine. — Will wait - TESTEDbypanda

We returned here several times as we loved the food and services there. A big let down today as my husband ordered the beef ragu pasta with no Parmesan on the dish. My husband asked if they can add some Parmesan as obviously there was none. The staff checked with the kitchen and she was told cheese was mixed with the pasta already, it costed extra if he wanted. It’s a $31 pasta and I found this was unacceptable for this attitude and whatsoever. Will not go back anymore, $145 spent on lunch of four people there we can probably go somewhere nicer with better quality of food and service.

I can't say enough good things about this cafe! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. They’re always happy to recommend their favorites and take the time to chat, which adds a personal touch to every visit. As for the coffee, it’s nothing short of amazing! Each cup is crafted with care, rich in flavor, and perfectly brewed. The baristas clearly know their craft and are passionate about what they serve. If you're looking for a cozy spot with fantastic coffee and outstanding service, this is the place to be!

Came here whilst visiting a work colleague based out of the neighbouring building and unfortunately didn’t have a good experience. Ordered corn fritters and had a little ladybug crawling inside the salad. When I took it back to the counter instead of instantly apologising the female staff member looked at me suspiciously and questioned whether I was serious. They took it back didn’t even offer complimentary drink or an apology. When the second version came out the fritters were overcooked and dry.
