The Local Cafe Northbridge — Restaurant in Sydney

Nice cafes with reasonable prices especially for Northbridge. Good menu and nice food with Gluten free options. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. Good service and usually quick. No complaints. Have been coming here for years. Owners seem nice. Can occasionally get too busy to get a seat. Indoor tables are kind of small but out door ones are plenty big enough for your newspaper and breakfast. Bring your coat if you're sitting outside in the winter. Can be a little drafty near the back door due to cross ventilation but they will happily close the door. My only real criticism is can get a bit hot in the summer with no air con. Try Spring well Cafe/restaurant across the road if you need air...

This is one of the top coffee places in Sydney (I only have 2).

Kathy and the team are incredible and, even though I don't work at our Northbridge location often, she still knows my order by heart.

I really love that this café is pet friendly too, beautiful atmosphere, environmentally conscious with how they reuse cartons. Clean and fresh quality food all the time.

I highly recommend the Bacon egg roll and caramel latte!

Today I attended this cafe with my assistance dog, despite communicating and explaining my rights under the disability discrimination act the manager tried to deny me public access before a stranger stepped in to explain that she couldn’t ask me to stay outside. As someone with a disability it is already hard to go to a cafe. Being discriminated against because I have a medical necessity for my disability makes an already difficult situation even more...
