Buying food from this cafe is very costly. A ham & cheese croissant is $10 which is overly marked up, the berry yogurt is $7.50 for a small cup and the expiry sticker was obviously changed coz' the piece of old sticker was still visible, the oats n nuts are stale. So how long are you going to change the expiry date stickers? Doubting the quality of food now whether we are buying expensive 'fresh' food or an expired one.

Bought a Caesar wrap for $7.50 for my mum at the hospital. I was surprised to find only half of a wrap in the bag. I went back and the staff apologetically explained that was the size. One star for the lovely staff, 0 stars for management that decided half sized wraps is acceptable. If you are selling a half size wrap, label it as a half size wrap.

Admittedly, the prices are definitely steep. I probably wouldn’t get a full lunch here. But it’s perfect if you need something quick, easy and tasty! The chai lattes and haloumi scrolls are delicious, and the service is quite fast! good option for when you’re on the go and need a quick bite to eat.

On Wednesday afternoon I purchased a drink and slipped over some food that was not cleaned up on the floor and not once did the stuff ask if I was okay, I had 7 people run to me to make such I was okay because I was also holding my 6 month old baby who has a feeding tube in. When asking for my money back the cashier was so rude and he kept saying that I could just get another one instead of giving me a refund, after arguing he gave me my money back! I’ve been trying to get a hold of the manager but he always seems to not be available and can never get back to me. The lady that cleaned up my drink that I spilt just stared at me not asking if I was okay, I have a massive bruise and lump on my leg and not once did I get an apology or anything until I said I was going to ask for legal advice she apologised so much and was so sorry about it! This is...

Really awful experience. Nearly $7 for a terrible coffee is simply taking advantage of people who are stuck in hospital. Also doesn’t accept Amex, though still charges a credit card surcharge (ridiculous) and on top of all that, charges a 10% surcharge all weekend (Sundays I accept to a degree, but Saturdays is just daylight robbery!!!). Then when I said a bit less milk in my large coffee so it’s stronger, he charges me nearly $1 more for another shot - I simply asked for less milk!! So for less milk I pay more?! Again, robbery. Bad service, bad products, over-priced and awful. Very un-Australian to be stuck in hospital and have to deal with over-priced, poor quality coffee. How hard is it to offer polite service with a smile and some understanding that when you are stuck in hospital, you might want a break from the instant coffee on the ward?!...

Everything is overpriced, food is a let down especially the toasted sandwiches minimal filling, your charged full price for half a wrap literally and food is all packed away around 3 or 4 they forget this is a 24hr campus Staff/patients/visitors do need late lunch and early dinner to go.

Coffee - every cap and latte I order is dead milky luke warm flat white. only decent barista is the tall curly hair Italian and short bald Nepalese guy.

If you want a decent Meal walk down further to Sunny's Cafe at the Children's Café great food good strong hot coffee, walk up to High Society on high street good on the go lunches and you can call ahead, 22Grams great also Or walk down to Barker street you have Cali Press there great lunch...
