Belle Property Randwick are probably some of the worst agents I have dealt with, rented me a property with rising and falling damp, poor ventilation and structural issues which created an environment where mould grew quickly and the dust levels in the carpet were unpleasant. Within the first three months the dishwasher and washing machine and cooktop and stove were faulty and the front door handle completely fell off. The only item they fixed in six months was the front door. They did not bother to inspect the property with me at commencement of lease but their incoming inspection report that they signed had two different dates on it with the photos not matching the state of the property. Belle Property also shared my drivers license and passport detail with a third party without my consent and have zero respect for the privacy of tenants nor their right to quiet enjoyment. They treat tenants like they are second class citizens. Tenants avoid these people and triple check every detail and everything they tell you because they will try to take your money without delivering the service you are paying for or will try to take your rental bond on a no grounds basis. Belle Property also entered the property based on structural issues on a date they knew I could not be available to inspect the property with them. They did not bring anyone. Given I had no representative I paid for and sent in a builder surveyor from Tyrrells who reported major issues at the property which require extensive work. If you do have issues with mould or poor ventilation do not bother sending in someone to test the mould send in a building surveyor. A direct message to Shane Vincent I am a local from Coogee. Tenants read the reviews on Product Reviews before you sign anything with this agency.
