Poorly run little cafe with a great selection of salads, sandwiches, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free treats. SERVICE: I ordered and paid for a lemongrass and ginger tea, which never came. The cafe was empty so I went back up, after a very long time waiting and they'd forgotten about it. Zero apology or care factor. After sitting down, I was then advised that they never actually had that tea in the first place (the main reason I sat down and ordered it to have there). I told them I needed to head off in a little while, so not to worry. Again, no apology, at that point I didn't even care about a refund. Then the woman came out and offered me other tea to have. I got a peppermint tea. I got given a key to the bathroom after, however couldn't find it. Just ended up leaving. Let them know that. Sadly our team won't be back. It's a shame because we were keen to have it as our regular. If you wanted to grab something to go, I'd likely say it's ok... Their selection seemed really good. OVERALL: For service, I wouldn't recommend.

In the corner of the café, a person is sitting alone it is my little peaceful spot😊, reading on an e-reader with a notebook and coffee nearby. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, and the staff always greet you with a genuine smile. One time, I even asked the staff to take a video of the café so I could show my mom where I like to spend time, and they happily agreed. I sent it to her, and I’m sure it made her really happy to see where I usually sit. If you enjoy sweet coffee, I highly recommend the mocca with caramel syrup or Matcha with caramel syrup —it's my go-to drink here.

Slowest service. Rude staff. I ordered a raisin toast and it took them 20 mins to get it ready eventhough there were only 3 other customers, out of which one left after asking for a refund because she was tired of waiting and one came after me and got her order before me. No apologies from them for the delay. The counter staff and kitchen staff clearly didn’t get along and there was a major communication breakdown between them. After all that I got my toast and it wasn’t even toasted properly and the peanut butter didn’t seem to exist. Would never come here again!

Seems like it's just me, but they make coffee extremely slowly. I have to wait at least 10 minutes every time. I feel like that's unacceptable for takeaway coffee. Coffee quality is ok though. Makes me not want to go there because they dawdle.

Update: still annoyed at the time they take to do things. Was willing to give it another go, but seriously disappointed again. Got some sourdough toast, because how can you go wrong with that. Oh.. let me tell you. I wanted it with butter and vegemite. Got my coffee kinda swiftly today. Waited and waited for 10mins for my toast. How long does it take to make toast for goodness sake! Toast was slightly smeared with only vegemite on the very centre of the bread, and toast was a crisp. It wasn't super burnt, but it was all crunch, verging on burnt. Customer service is not something they care about, nor time management. Not...

I really want to honor how hard folks work and this cafe is pretty ok... I feel a bit compelled to leave this review and comment because I think this place could be great or was previously great looking at past reviews.

Staff was barely present and seemed pretty overwhelmed or aloof... the place was only like 50% full. I felt I needed to do as much as possible to help staff rather than the other way around.

Salt shakers did not grind any salt. Served a juice for here at the table in the cafe in takeaway plastic. Water spigot was hard to notice and find and access and then the water faucet was loose.

In great feedback though... to stay balanced...

Toastie was tasty 😋 juice was...
