A friend came to visit today， pretty much last minute arrangement, hence decided to go BBQ - Simple and no preparation required. We experienced very poor customer service today from one of the male staff today afternoon . The staff did not communicate at all to understand our needs. The chicken was cut and packed very poorly. When we asked for another bag because we couldn't carry the chicken that way, the guy serving us did not care about it. It was both poor packing of meat and customer service that bothered us today. Chicken bones:

Looked abit dull, but i figured could be because of lighting and when I asked, the employee said the chicken bones are fresh.

Kept it in the fridge till time to cook dinner. My whole fridge had a off smell. The chicken wasn't fresh and I'm sure the employee knew and lied about it. Would of been better if she was honest as I would have brought another piece instead.
