Lin's Garden Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Sydney

My friend Jake had told me about how good this restraunt is but I had my doubts as many other people I know have told me about their dreadful experiences at this establishment. I decided to come by this afternoon to inspect this place and see it for myself. What I saw was shocking and disgraceful. This place can only be described as a filthy death trap and I am quite surprised that Food Standards NSW have not taken necessary measures to deal with this shocking issue as this establishment puts the health of customers and patrons at risk due to its filthy conditions I saw at the front of the shop. If the front was that filthy I cannot fathom the state of the kitchen at the back. I urge you all not to come here if you value your health...

This place has been going down hill for the last 5 years.

Food is continuing to be less quality over the years. Prices keep going up continually and there's never a consistent price on what they charge. it seems to be dependant on who serves you and how they are feeling.

Decor is dated and service is poor.

The only reason people still go here is because they have been there for years and don't know any better.

The food at the Chinese shop on Pitt st has a far better range is much tastier, fresher and more reasonably priced.

We had a birthday dinner with 12 people. The food was reasonable but the service was not great. The waitress was very abrupt, cold and quick, nearly throwing the plates on the table, giving us all the feeling that we were disturbing. The plates and glasses were removed while we were still eating the last mouthful, or just when finishing a drink. We will not return. I do not recommend...
