Really disappointed wish I went to McDonald’s which was only a km away and saved some money, decided to get the chicken wrap without avocado ( I’m allergic ) the price said $13 when I went to tap my card it was $17.50 and was told this is a surcharge then to be told the prices should of been updated and it wasn’t actually $13 , so then paid $14.50 , after a long 20 minute wait in a dull atmosphere the wrap arrived, it should of been called the lettuce wrap as there was barely any chicken and way to much lettuce, and the chef had obviously used the same knife to trim the lettuce as he did the avacados because I left with a very itchy mouth, sheer disappointment I understand small businesses need to have higher prices to compete with the expensive world we live in but at least have the food and general service meet the...

Every time I've been I've been served stale pastries and stale buns. Today, I was sitting at a table. During that time I saw about 5 roaches crawling up the walls (one fell on me too :). I shouldn't be surprised tho, the place didn't care at all about social distancing during covid lockdowns. My mate ordered a coffee, to which the staff forgot about, remembered half an hour later and then served it. Mule cafe seems like a cafe more concerned with sending out delivery orders + capitalising on the days and hours when Mrs Underwood is shut. Two stars are for the drinks, as they at least do a good job on that. If you're going here I recommend getting your...
Read moreIve been coming to The Little Mule for over a year now and i can tell you they serve great food and the best coffee (and i'm fussy when it comes to coffee!) I'm a smoked salmon girl so I'm always getting that sandwich every other Wednesday (which I can devour in minutes!) I tried their chicken and bacon sandwich last week and it was really good.
Their pastries are made fresh, daily and are just divine. My go-to is the either the chocolate croissant or cinnamon snail.
I don't think you can go wrong with this cafe, and the best part is, it is really cheap compared to other cafes I've been to.
If i lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular
