someone lied (via phone) said it’s coming out in 5 mins - I called at10:15 and it arrives at 11pm -ordered at 9:30 what a joke - it was a single item with a can of drink , if you call to enquire they’ll make you wait even longer (the guy seem annoyed I was calling to enquire about my food being late) - received it less than warm tbh actually disappointing - I usually enjoyed ordering from here but whoever was working tonight ruined the experience altogether - I threw away more than half and puked the rest - so wrong of whoever was working tonight and answered the call - I was so nice but you wanted to be so petty - because I asked a simple question, then proceeded to make me wait an extra 45 min -not only me but the delivery driver stood there waiting he was so saddened by the fact he stood there waiting for the food to be done when it was already done he told me - you guys really put my food in a warm place (the shredded meat became literally burnt it was hard as rock soggy chips and gravy looked like human waste) made us both wait coz of a question. - I hope I get a refund because it was not worth it - THE WORST food I have ever eaten not even kidding don’t waste your money here anymore the customer service has...

Arrived about 9pm, venue was mostly empty other than a few people with Shisha at the far end of the restaurant,

Ordered: Mini burger entree $15, Rib plate $40,

The rib came on top of fries, a single milk bun and we opted for an extra cheese bite instead of the coleslaw that comes with the plate originally,

The rib itself wasn't as big as pictured on the menu, also came quite tough to cut, nearly inedible to eat, and the flavour itself was not very nice, hot chips were ok, and the Mac and cheese bites were ok but bland,

The entree which actually came later than the plate which was a bit strange, but was a step up, three burgers, one beef, one fried chicken and another with brisket, the first two were decent, however the brisket one wasn't great,

The burgers here I think would be decent, however for a "smokehouse" selling brisket and ribs, the flavours weren't there, and the rib needed to be cooked for longer, maybe if visiting later in the night as they are open until 2am, might have been a different result, but otherwise average.

Overall, can recommend for their burgers, but from my experience...

Smokey platter was delicious and perfect portions for two hungry people with a bit of everything.

The beef rib was the highlight. Proper Smokey, juicy, fall off the bone. It was amazing 9/10. The brisket was flavourful though, a little dry. We prefer it juicier and slightly more tender. 8/10. Wings were juicy and well seasoned/coated 8/10. Fries were perfect. Very well seasoned, crunchy and good portion. Not too many. It’s not a fries platter. 9/10. Coleslaw was also nice. Wasn’t smothered in mayonnaise, nice light dressing. 8/10. The truffle burger lacked that punch and wow factor. We’ve been to almost every burger place in Sydney, this was a little average. Patties were ok as was the sauce. 6/10. In hindsight we should have upgraded to the brisket burger (if possible).

Great friendly and fast service. Food didn’t take long at all. Hits the spot but there’s room for improvement as there’s lots of competition in the area. Overall...
