This is the second time I’ve been let down by this restaurant. I ordered a pizza tonight - a diavola. And it arrived with no cheese and no salami. Who orders a diavola without these ingredients?? There was not even an attempt to add extra veggies to make up for the lack of toppings. I basically received a base, with a few sparsely sprinkled veggies. Absolutely floored that this even made it into the box without being questioned. Inedible and entirely disappointing. I won’t be making the mistake of ordering here again.
EDIT in response to owners reply: this is not correct - I actually asked for extra cheese and salami, not to remove it. Have a look at your system, and the order. It does not say “remove”. You have a section to ADD ingredients, and a section to remove them. I selected add. Maybe don’t give people an option of adding extra ingredients if you can’t understand it? Or maybe clarify with them if it’s that hard to fathom?
However based on your response, I doubt you care what your customers think, and you definitely don’t care about taking responsibility and resolving the situation....
Read moreI ordered Arrabbiata spaghetti to go and the quantity was for kids!! I also ordered 1.25L Coke Zero and got 3x cans of regular Coke which I don't drink...Pasta quantity is unbelievably small amount!
Called up the restaurant, and they said we didn't have your drink choice and that's how we serve the pasta quantity!...they also said sorry head chief is not here and I cannot do anything to help you, and that he gotta go back to work, and they just hanged up on me! Super rude!!!!!!!
Terrible service! You pay in excees of $36+ and you're still hungry, not to mention thirsty because I cannot drink regular Coke! If you don't have a certain drink call the customer to give them another option or just let them know, and not just replace it with something of your choice and expect me to be OK with it! Absolutely terrible experience...Never ordering from them...
Read moreA fast game is a good game? No doubt this place is as speedy as a quad espresso, but not quite as Italian. Calamari is Italian, and sometimes even crumbed. But if crumbed, it's usually cut pieces of local caught squid, tentacles and all, flash pan fried in olive oil. Here, it's Aussie fish shop style, complete with chips that would have been mediocre if fully cooked at 180c. Here, the fryer was either crowded, short Timed, or returning to frying temp. It was not good, and not Italian. Nonnas are the pinnacle of italian cooking, but nonna squid ain't. The pizza fares a little better, but the authentic dough is where it ends. The sugo passes, but that's all. The cheese, barely that. The Greek olives...the anchovies would be better placed after cooking, or at least below the cover of cheese. The service is fantastic...fast and caring...a fast...
