MAZE Coffee & Food — Restaurant in Sydney

MAZE is hands down the best coffee at UNSW. Everyone there is really friendly which is always good at 8am in the morning! The coffee is great, as is the chai and the hot chocolate (made with Callebaut Belgian chocolate - no cocoa powder here). Food is also great, with a good variety of breakfast and lunch options. I have tried some of their coffee, but not foods. They are good at making coffee. The main problem that my friends and I is sometimes struggling with is the barista’s behavior. Unfortunately, they don't behave professionally and politely. They may interrupt you while you are ordering and say something that definitely bothers you and makes you feel uncomfortable. I had the best experience at this cafe! My friends and I had a course on campus for a week and not only were we late on the first day after stopping for coffee here, but we returned at every opportunity: mornings, breaks and lunch. The coffee and food was fantastic as well as the service. A special shoutout to Mo for being having a smile every time were arrived, remembering us and our orders and making jokes....
