Plume Cafe — Restaurant in Sydney

Hello i am Aexcion Head Chef Of Darling Harbour Attractions.

My 1st time at the cafe has left me astonished, compared to the many cafes on campus this is the only one i felt bothered enough to leave a review, a review from me means your business means something me, the food, the coffee and customer service is amazing, cosy atmosphere & lovely setup, professional.

The coffee was, I can't put it into words, it was beautiful, a well made coffee by someone who is clearly a master of his art in cofffee creation, his staff are amazing.

The manager Michel is the brightest manager I've ever come across in a cafe barista environment!

Everything displayed gives that business 1st class impression, displayed as a high quality cafe, food and beverage everything done to perfection, if i was a student here this is the place to go at UNSW.

Ordered a bulk coffee order for a workshop through their app that allows you to select when you pick up. Apparently they make the coffees as soon as you order so they were all cold when we picked them up. I put in the app that we would pick up 30min after ordering and expected they would schedule accordingly. They need to take this option...

The best i can say of Plume is that they have (1) delightful staff member. Thank you to the brunette beauty for providing smiley service that goes above and beyond every time. The worst i can say of plume is that the coffee is genuinely foul, i can only deduce that the bean blend is factory floor sweepings, and the royalty free music playlist may be putting the baristas off their game....
