Worse experience of any McDonald's I have ever encountered, placed our order at the counter by a young obnoxious inexperienced kid. She got our order wrong twice didn't give me a receipt for our order, whilst trying to gain her attention to get a receipt, she was busy giggling away to another co-worker on a social level. My order came out unbeknowns to me left sitting on the counter going cold as I had no receipt indicating my order number. When I eventually got the girls attention, she threw the receipt at me. I stood waiting for No.138 to be called out, the girl that served me opened the bag that was still sitting on the counter and told me this was my order. I told her I wasn't having this food as it had been sitting on the counter for more than 15 minutes. She began to raise her voice at me, stating her manager had called out my order 3 times and that I didn't collect it. I simply replied you didn't give me a receipt so how would I know this was my order. She then replied ohhhh and walked off, no apology or acknowledgement for her error. She took the bag over to where the burgers were sitting, replaced the cheese burger, not the chips and tossed it back in front of me. I was at this point fuming I made no point of holding back, I told her I was not having this replacement order as the only item replaced was the cheese burger. This disrespectful child whom my I add McDonald's employed, glared at me, rolled her eyes back then shouted I've replaced it. I've never been spoken too or served with such bad manners and a sheer lack of respect. I asked to speak to the Manager Ally, who I found to be not much better. She replaced my order, didn't offer any complimentary food or beverage for my awful restaurant experience. Read moreThis Mcdonalds, Worst experience i had went to drive thru yesturday morning order 2 kids happy meal with 3 nuggets apple juice and 1 coffee frappe with no whip cream. Paid for it, went to collect and was ask to wait in the waiting bay . 1st wrong thing parents with kids (2 and 3) should not be ask to wait as kids get in patient especially at that age.
So i went to the waiting bay not sure how long but it was over 5 mins then a worker came out with the 2 kids meal i took it and notice the frappe was missing, so I asked where the coffee frappe was, the guy responded ill go to check another 5 mins waiting with 2 screaming kids. So i call there number online, a staff member answered so i told her i was waiting for my coffee frappe she said she will have a look and will sort it out. 2 to 3 mins later she came out with a coffee frappe with whipped cream at that stage i was running late to an appoinmend for my grandson for NDIS approval and didnt notice i was missing both the apple juice and so i took the frappe and drove to the appointment when i was at the appointment i realised i was missing the juices. My daughter meet up with me then after the meeting, we all headed back to McDonalds where she went inside to talk to the staff about the missing and wrong items. It took the staff more than 10 mins to sort it out and give her the items.
Because i had to drink my frappe with whipped cream last night i had the worse tummy ache can bearly sleep and until now still tummy ache back and for to the toilet feeling very weak. Read moreI wont go back. One star is too much. We tried 3 times to order from their automated system with no luck. After 10 minutes of messing around and watching others do the same, we go to the counter. Tried to order a meal with ice cream only to find out there is none available. No problems. I'll get over it. So we order, take our table number and proceed to find a table. This is where it turned ugly. There were no seats inside that could accomodate a wheelchair, so we sat outside. Every single table had rubbish on it except one. So we grabbed it. Unfortunately it was right next to a rotten smelly bin. Firstly, we waited at least 10 minutes to get our order. When we got the order our frozen Cokes were mostly liquid. At least one third of the drink had melted. Bad mistake pouring the drinks before the rest was ready. Looking round there was rubbish everywhere. See photos. This is just a small example and it was actually worse around the corner but I wasn't invading other diners space. So of course with this rubbish brings birds and flies. We were there 25 minutes (including 10 minutes of waiting) and I did not see one person come out to tidy up or sweep.
