What. Can. I. Say. My partner and I have been coming here for around 2 years, we have made countless orders and were even very friendly and familiar with the owner. We never made a complaint despite there being times where our Butter Chicken was cold, had cartilage or even bones because 9/10 times it was always good.

However.... The other week after returning home from a long day my partner and I ordered butter chicken and it came half empty, we called and told the OWNER that there’s a problem with our food, he happily apologised and said the next time we order we don’t have to pay. When we collected the replaced food, the lady was reluctant to replace the whole meal, claiming it was only 1 butter chicken, I explained I spoke to the owner and it was all ok.

When I returned the last and final time (this time more than happy to pay considering they “happily” replaced my other meal, I was met at the counter by the same lady who then began lecturing me on how it was wrong for me to take the whole meal because it came out of her paycheck and that the owner was angry about it.

I will NEVER be coming back to this restaurant despite being loyal for over 2 years, you showed no consideration for the ONE complaint I made . You don’t deserve any loyal customers if you can’t take any...

Disappointing food and service. Ordered a few things for dinner which included Cheese naan and mild tandoori chicken for my daughter. Went to eat only to realise that they forgot the cheese naan and the tandoori was extra hot. I called the restaurant to inform and the person on the line said that the manager will call me back asap. After waiting about 30 minutes, I called to follow u, only to be told that the manager is not there. I was then told that I have to call the delivery company (Door Dash) because the tandoori chicken was too hot, which of course made no sense. The person I was speaking to then spoke to the cook in hindi about my feedback and the cook didn’t care and made “smart comments” e.g. the tandoori chicken is meant to be hot. This is absolute nonsense because I selected “mild” on my order because this is the option provided by the restaurant. Anyway they didn’t realise I spoke the same language and understood what they were saying. At the end after their vague responses I requested to get a credit which they agreed on after hesitation. However I will not be using that credit because I will not be buying from...

[Edit] sad to say we came again on a Wednesday and it was a completely different experience. Food was average and cold. Actually tasted like it was made days prior. We also asked for extra spicy on 3 dishes and all and was barely mild. Might try coming on a weekend if we give this place another go. But disappointed with the inconsistency though.

We just moved to Camden and was meant to try another Indian restaurant that had more reviews (who ended up making up a price and asking for cash only) - We are SO THANKFUL! Because we left of course and then ended up here. We ordered butter chicken, cottage cheese paneer and cauli and veggies - wow!, did not disappoint! We are regular curry eaters and the flavours and spices were on point. We asked for extra spicy. The butter chicken (our favourite) was sweet yet had a kick of heat towards the end.
