McDonald's Forestway — Restaurant in Sydney

I have gone to this Mcdonald's multiple times, and have had a slightly disappointing, mediocre experience. Oftentimes, the service of this branch is severely under average. At peak hour, it takes an excessive amount of time to recieve a simple meal, where workers simply do not notice your order. There are major problems with staff efficiency where a lot of the time, food is not up to normal standards, with fluctuations in quality, presentation and consistency. Understandably, the resturaunt is sometimes left dirty, where it would not be possible to eat on certain tables. Bought 2 hash browns and a mcflurry to try and optimise my monopoly ticket gains. But when i received them, only the hash browns had tickets and not the mcflurry. Despite our initial disappointment, we asked if there was a mistake but was met by no solution from the worker when prompted. We walked away, defeated and morale at an all time low only for an absolute king to run up behind us as we were leaving holding 2 monopoly tickets for us and apologising for the mistake. Just wanted to applaud this heroic act of upholding justice and share my exceeding respect for this worker who was going above and beyond. Waited 22 minutes for subpar burgers. Lack of sauce, poorly placed toppings, just an absolute mess. I praised these guys for being better than the KFC near skyline shops, but these guys just are not good enough. Lets not forget to mention the 2 double mcchickens i ordered from this McDonalds, the first time I got a mcchiken and the second time I got a double mcchicken with no lettuce or sauce, just chicken patties! This McDonalds is an absolute waste of your time, the workers are lazy, do not care about quality, and take their sweet darn time.
