I placed an order with Pizza Hut at 5:11 PM, requesting delivery between 6:00-6:15 PM. Everything seemed fine at first—the app showed that my order was ready to be delivered. However, after 6:15 PM, the app suddenly updated, pushing the estimated delivery time to 6:27-6:42 PM with no explanation.
Concerned about the delay, I called the store three times before someone finally picked up. Instead of an apology or an update, I was told that my order was delayed simply because they had too many orders and couldn’t keep up. Their "solution"? They suggested that I should order pickup next time instead of delivery—which completely defeats the purpose of having a delivery option!
To make matters worse, I asked for the manager’s name, and he refused to provide it. When I expressed frustration about the poor service, he outright said I could "complain about the whole shop" because he "really didn’t care." What kind of customer service is that? Instead of addressing the issue, they were dismissive and showed zero accountability.
If a business can't handle orders properly, they shouldn't offer a service they clearly can't fulfill. The lack of professionalism, the delays, and the complete disregard for customer satisfaction make this one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Pizza Hut. I will never order from this...

This order, even better, didn't even turn up. Their tracking system is all botched, and doesn't work. They refuse to take calls. I fear they'd now spit in the food (given their professionalism - or lack there of). I can't attach photos, because there is no food to take photo's of. I can't give further feedback, because there's nothing to give feedback on.
Don't get me wrong, it's only been 3 hours, so the food may still turn up. I'm guessing congealed and/or stone motherless cold/frozen.
Seriously, what a joke.
Looking forward to the cut and paste about striving for this and that, and that Carley will pass on all the feedback....guess what, if you have to cut and paste that, the feedback isn't being passed on you banana.
EDIT: Food turned up 3 hours later. Stone cold. The delivery guy refused to take a bite, because it looked and felt so nasty ! Oh, and my wife had gone to buy Hungry Jacks, as it never came...I asked the delivery guy what I should do with it - he said with a giggle, probably throw it away after he viewed it and...

We normally have Domino's but I had an allergic reaction to my 'safe' pizza last time I had despite the nothing changing on it 😒 anyways it didn't arrive until 9. When we called the store to find out where it was the first time the guy didnt even ask what address it was just said 'it will be 5 to 10 minutes' and slammed the phone down i my ear. I My friend called back and said before you hang up on me again can you please tell me why it is taking so long. they said that the delivery driver broke down. When he got here we asked and he said no he hadnt broken down he was just the only delivery driver on for the area and they were busy. The pizzas were colds and the cheese was congealed even the garlic bread was cold. Everything had to be heated in the microwave to be even partially edible. And the delivery driver didn't have change for $40 so not only did we have to pay for this disgusting service we didn't get our change either.
