HORRIBLE. JUST HORRIBLE. If I could do so, this would be a definite 0 stars, but I can’t, so this mine as well be a 1 star. First of all, the food took forever. My whole entire family stood there, waiting for our food for a whole entire hour. It should not take an hour to cook chicken nuggets, fries and a sandwich. About 15 minutes after we ordered, our food was finally given to us, but we were only given our sandwiches. My sister and I approached the worker and politely asked her where our nuggets, fries and water was. We showed her the receipt and she didn’t respond. No eye contact, no smile. Just a glare and a face as if we burrowed money and didn’t give it back to her. After that, she aggressively took 3 bottles of water and practically threw it towards me and my sister. She snatched the receipt out of my sister’s hand, crumbled it and threw it - in attempt of throwing it into the trash. Shocked, my sister and I stared at each other and stepped back without saying a word, thinking she was getting our order ready. 30 minutes later, we decided to ask someone again about our order since our order hasn’t been called yet. This time, there was another lady at the counter, she was kind. She softly told us our food is on its way and smiled too. We listened to her, and stepped back (again) to wait for our order. 15 minutes later, we decided enough was enough. We came to this restaurant since it’s a fast food restaurant - it quickly cooks our food! By that time, it has been almost an hour and my family’s plans on roaming around the airport was no longer going to happen. My mom decided to have a word with the workers and the manager. She talked about how it was unacceptable the food is taking an hour to be made and how rude the worker was. After that, the rude worker had the audacity to tell my mom that my sister told her we already got the nuggets and fries. UNBELIEVABLE! What a liar! The second worker we talked to - who was nice - tried interfering and stood up for the rude worker, but she later stopped talking, knowing her fellow mate was in the wrong. You may wonder why a manager would hire rude workers, well, it actually makes total sense. The manager was rude themself too. They tried arguing that today was a busy day so it would take a long time to get our food, but one hour is not a realistic amount of time to cook premade things. When we finally got all of our food, there was no apology. Anyways, on to the food. The food proves bad customer service otherwise since it was cold! For the whole entire hour, my family and I thought they were busy and they were in the process of cooking it, but no. It was probably just left out. OUTRAGEOUS! Read moreThis is not the place to go folks. I placed my order only to get half of it off the conveyer belt and be told my nuggets were coming. Ate all I had of my half lunch, and then still waited and waited. When I was able to battle my way through the throng to enquire where the second half of my meal was, all I could get was" it's still coming." I even walked away for a while and came back to look and see if by some miracle number 187 had yet materialised, only to hear the person who I presume was the manager yelling out to all of us "don't order any nuggets, we have run out." I think the management here need to stop trying to run this outlet on minimum very young staff, and think a bit more about their logistics and supply if they want to maintain the privilege of a potentially lucrative Sydney International Airport lounge clientele. Wth?! I was very furious even until now Why do you treat your customer like that? I don’t even asking for princess treatment but if you do this to your customer, it will reflect in how you treat other people!!! I want to make a scene but I’m too tired and hungry to do that!!!! Worst staff ever!!!
I won’t go back here ever I rather just go to kfc or sushi place even though it’s more expensive!
If you in hurry better not getting food from this place Or if you lucky then your order won’t messed...
