This was the most horrendous experience I have had at Lidcombe maccas. My family and I have been coming here for years and have never had any issues as big as what we experienced tonight. We came in ordered on self service and asked nicely if a table could be cleaned as it was filthy which we had to wait 5 minutes for it to be done and when I first asked the girl ignored me and then once we got our food it was so cold, after spending $77 on food you would hope that it would at least be a hot temperature. As we were leaving we went to put our rubbish in the bin we noticed that they were filthy and overflowing as well as so many tables around the store had food and rubbish all over them and the floor it was a disgrace and then not long after that we witnessed another customer asking for the table to be cleaned and one of the girls behind the counter said to her collage “I’m not doing it” and the other girl said “I’m on a break” (she was standing at the counter handing out food i don’t know who does that on a break). I am really disappointed and hope something will be done about my complaint because after spending $77 and having a really bad experience and bad food I’m not happy. The restaurant is untidy, bins full, tables with rubbish, staff members have their breaks in the corner, carrying on irresponsibly whilst patrons are having their meal.
It is a crying shame and you have lost many customers and will continue to lose customers.
You will lose money but importantly your reputation will be tarnished.
The drive through experience is the only saving grace, it is decent when a courteous staff member is on duty. Orders are sometimes missed, poor attitudes will likely be experienced over the speakers if the sun has risen that day.
Owners / Managers, take a step back, take a look at your store.
You won't need to send in a secret shopper - it's no secret this place needs a staff overhaul.
Perhaps the franchisee should come in and witness this poor state of affairs. You will find this is one of the most disgraceful examples of poor patronage. Have a read of your other Google Reviews.

Read moreDined here at approximately 9am 12/07 with table service as my friend I was with was not able stand for a long period waiting for the order. all just for us to get our food in a bag, flopped on the table with no eye contact and quickly turning away. I tried to be nice and say thank you out loud but this was not acknowledged. When my friends food arrived I thought maybe she’d be nicer, but lo and behold! she did the same! Not only that, but when my friend said thank you nicely, the employee looked back, said “sorry?” sassily and gave my friend a dirty look! Way to start our day… This was the employee with the headscarf, caramel skin complexion and wearing the incorrect uniform (an other/brand jacket over her shirt and no apron…oh and no name badge). I understand we’re not a 5 star dining facility but some respect would be a appreciated…especially to someone from HO.
