The manager was more concerned with chit chatting with mates, not alert with customers waiting and could not keep track of next in queue. After being informed of this concern the following pronouncements were uttered in defence of his shortcomings:
He justified his lack of attention by pointing to the self ordering touch screens so shifting the oversight on me.(so the customer who pushed in had more privilage)
Secondly without even a hint of accountability and even an attempt to respectfully resolve the issue he arrogantly says " If you only used your eyes you would notice that the queue was there ( where the other customer was standing). Congratulations for setting a fine example of great service by putting the blame back on the customer. With that last word he promptly turned his back and ignored me
Toilets were dirty, smelly and lttered with discarded packaging of vape product. Quite a poor show of management, customer service, and resolution. Suggest better training as this manager is letting his position get to his head and lowering customer...

I requested the girl who answered the phone to relay my order but instead was cut off with a flippant; "You get what you ordered". Perplexed by her attitude, I requested further clarification from the manager who she then alleged to be. She said I had ordered a double cheeseburger and small fries (which I later found out was wrong when the app started working and clearly displayed my correct order of double cheeseburger and x2 large fries). I politely requested a sauce that had been forgotten (my oversight) to which the young lady replied; "I'll see how I feel". It didn't come..
