McDonald's North Ryde — Restaurant in Sydney

My son and I went to this place on the road back to home. At 3:30 pm 09/09/2022 , I ordered quater pounder medium meal , happy meal and a mm minis mcflurry. when i waited the order , great things happen. The store staffs took out boxes of the quater pounder glasses to give to customers for free, some one took 9 and a family took 12.... is today the last day for this thing? They put the glasses on the desk and people took agian and again. ok.... i just need the one with my meal. but greater thing happened when i received my food. I of course took my glass which i ordered. then this short girl jumped out and stopped me and taught me that i can only have the glass if i ordered quater pounder.... check,.,,,oh,,,yes,,, gave me one. But she did not give me the happy meal !!!!! ok ,,,,reminded her and she gave me. ,,,, then, when i left my son said he did not have the mm mcflurry. OMG..... i went back to find the girl. her manager came out,,,, gave me the mm mcflurry and said sorry. what is the sorry for ....,,, everyone would make mistake, but how this mistake happened? Sorry is nothing when this girl focused on checking if i ordered quater pounder to receive a glass instead of checking the list and giving me everything i paid for and when others took a dozen for free...Am i dressing so poor as an Asian always stealing? check and check, next time will check my driver license. while she focused on checking the quater pounder she missed the happy meal and mcflurry. because i am an Asian face ? Australia's racial discrimination is too far. Mcdonald states some sign on the wall " we try our best to serve customer but do not accept any harrassment .balabala.." thank you ,, i do not want to be served well and as a kind of second class of human being in Australia, I pray i will not be discriminated when i buy food and not mention how can i have the honor of harassing this kind of high class people. Please just do not miss this miss that while focus on checking if i am eligible for a glass.... This girl in Mcdonald north ryde just remind me of a famous saying some homeless people shouted at the Asians walking on the street, " go back to your country".... haha , I was thinking to go back but now i will not go back , i will be just here , make mean people uncovering and exposing...

An awful experience. I ordered from this store via the maccas app. My son has been begging me for maccas happy meal for an entire week and since I was exhausted after a long day at work I decided to get a chicken nugget happy meal and a burger for myself.

But when I opened the paper bag, I was first shocked at the emptiness. The red happy meal box it self was missing, as well as the toy, leaving just the nuggets and a drink to just be thrown into the bag. The fries were out and spreaded all over the bottom of the bag and I could not find my burger either. So now I was missing a burger; which woild have been my dinner, and a toy and thanks to the maccas workers my son was devastated the entire night.

I tried calling the store and the lady who picked up just repeated that yhere was nothing they could do and the only way for me to get my food I paid for was to physically travel to the store myself. I do understand this as I am aware that Maccas do not have a delivery platform themselves but I do believe that they should train the workers better and make sure to at least apologise rather than repeating "theres nothing we can do." But at least now I know not to order delivery...

Absolutely the worst food I have ever tasted since the day I was born, I am not exaggerating. It was awful, horrible, tasteless, small, messy and gross 🤢

I don’t understand why Australia fast good outlets are the worst in the world !! I have travelled and tried in many countries and by far Australia is the worst of the worst. We have all the resources and what it takes to deliver awesome food but instead the worst. What is worst is that the place is run by bunch of kids who has no clue on what they doing, you can’t blame them because management should do better. But no one cares, because in the end of the day they make the sale and the dollars 💵 !! And they think they doing the right thing. But hey !! Been doing business for a while !! And all it takes another competition comes along and bye bye Macdonald’s.

For as long as I live I won’t step a foot in your stores ever again.

Money isn’t an issue !! But to pay $34 in two disgusting tiny messy awful burgers ...
