I don't usually care to write negative reviews, but this is NOT my first negative encounter at this store - including one time getting RAW CHICKEN served to me along with cooked pieces and only realising once I bit into it.
Today was the last straw. Staff were so rude and dismissive. After placing my order on the intercom in the drive thru, it took 5 minutes to get to the first window at which point the female that was there a few minutes ago was not there anymore. I waited at the first window for about 2 minutes and when no one came, I moved on to the second window. When I finally got to the 2nd window (about 15 minutes after initially ordering) the attendant asked if I had paid. When I told her I waited at the first window but no one was there, she called over a manager (male) who told me I had to drive around and enter the drive thru again and pay. I asked him why I couldn't just pay at that window (there is a register there which they use sometimes late at night when there is only one window operational). He advised me there is no way possible to do this and I would either have to drive around again or park and come inside and pay (Even though he was holding my food there).
Absolutely ZERO customer service skills and so frustrating and ride. So much that I drove away. The staff would have rather seen the food thrown away that was already prepared than to put in the tiniest bit of extra effort to assist. The attitude that the manager was giving me was UNBELIEVABLE. In his exact words "There's nothing else I can do, you either drive around again or come inside to pay".
I think his name was Cooper. No Smile or empathy towards a customer that had been waiting for 15 minutes in a single lane drive thru or even the smallest apology for the customer service attendant not being at her station.

Read moreI went through drive through with my son and ordered 2 x boxes of maccas pancakes. When I arrived home I was missing the syrup, I know I should've checked before I left but thought it should be fine.
I went back through the drive through whilst on the phone with the store when my call was answered by Mikhaela a manager of the store. She was very unhelpful with understanding my issue, asking where I was and what car I was in in a sluggish manner and not addressing the issue, the items that I PAID FOR and had gone home with were incomplete!
She asked if I had the items with me and that she would need to see them before replacement, which was fine as I had them on me of course, I can't eat that many damn pancakes!
I arrived at the window where she was really aggressive and asked to see the pancakes, I showed her and asked for the replacement, she then squealed and said she won't be serving me if I don't give her the pancakes, I said "here take them!" while she said she wasn't going to help me. I replied by stating I wasn't going to move from this drive through until I have received the items that I had again PAID FOR!
I gave her the items and she slammed the window in my face! Moments later I received my items and apologized to the young girl who had to witness it, and advised her that it wasn't her fault and to not follow in her managers footsteps.
All this for an item I paid for, I went home with and had to come back to the store for, for something that wasn't my doing, this is the last thing I would have expected on my Sunday morning!!

Read moreStandard McDonalds menu. Service was reasonably quick which is always appreciated. Staff were polite in adjusting another customer's customised order without issue.
However I was not given my order number receipt and, given there were only three pending customers, I didn't see an issue. That was until the other customers walked away from the counter and staff were looking at me asking if I was a particular order number. The first time I asked "What is in the order, I don't have a number?" they detailed the order and it wasn't mine. Unfortunately this happened repeatedly, with me having no number and being asked was I this order number. I got my food once I started taking order slips off the staff to examine it and took the one corresponding to what I ordered. I arrived home only to find my beef burger had chicken and bacon on it instead.
Staff are trying to be swift and courteous but better processes and communication needed to be developed here.
Update: Gave their drive through another go. Reasonably quick on order but again process hasn't been improved: received a Big Mac with no pickle on it and missed an entire cheeseburger from our order. Guess the turnover doesn't warrant...
