Mom’s Chicken — Restaurant in Sydney

Mom’s Chicken in Wolli Creek is one of my favorite restaurants, and every visit has been an amazing experience. The food consistently impresses with its top-notch quality, far exceeding expectations given the reasonable prices. The value for money here is exceptional.

Dining in at Mom’s Chicken is a delight. The dishes are always delicious, with rich, authentic flavors that never disappoint. The portions are generous, and the presentation is excellent. However, I have noticed that the takeaway portions, especially the chicken dishes, tend to be smaller than when dining in. Additionally, the side dishes included in takeaway orders are much smaller, despite an extra charge of one dollar per dish.

One of the standout aspects of Mom’s Chicken is the exceptional service, particularly from one of the Asian staff members who is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Her warm demeanor and constant smile make you feel like part of the family, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Service- bad. One poor girl serves almost 5 tables of guests ( only 6 tables within the restaurant..). Your needs cannot be catered to and you patient gradually fades away.. When you have waited 30 minutes for the food, you only got told that the kitchen is too busy... so if you would like this kind of service, please feel free to come in and experience it by yourself.

Food quality- bad. Small side dishes tasted strange compared to I had at other Korean restaurants. The rice is so hard and I feel it was left over from days ago. The meat is not fresh as well... no freking idea why walked into this place in the first place....

Please avoid this place at all times, the price might be slightly cheaper than another Korean place just 300 metres away but the quality of food and services will leave you traumatised especially when you are...

Splendid! It was actually beyond my expectations. Since there is another Korean bbq place in Wolli creek, I didn’t expect this small place to be the best of my interest, but it changed my opinion towards it after I went to it for a casual dinner this Afternoon! The waiter and the boss were so nice to meet with! They’re so friendly and love to talk with me, I tried to speak some broken Korean and that cracked us out lol! I loved the beautiful garlic chicken, that was so juice, wanna try that again next time. And I loved the pork belly as well, literally the best dish of the restaurant with that fabulous bbq sauce. Beautiful place and beautiful food, and they taste very Korean! Would love to come here again...
