This is a long one because of the frustration of how it was dealt. Quick version: dirty cup and plate, pizzas brought 40 minutes apart without explanation. Only shout out is to the girl apologising last, asking our names and trying to lift up the vibes. Went there for a Friday night dinner, place was really quiet , my partner ordered a meat pizza and I got a veggie option, hence I do not eat meat and I do not have to inform or explain it. I got a drink and had to send the glass cup back to the kitchen because the smell of raw eggs in it was unbearable, they apologised but gave us plastic cups to avoid it happening again. They brought cutlery and stuff, and one of the plates had dry tomato sauce stains on it. I went back a little embarrassed to have to complaint again and asked for a clean plate, they apologised and a clean plate was given. Meat pizza brought to the table, 20 minutes later my partner noticed their oven is empty and my veggie pizza isn’t coming out. I look at their glass window for a couple of minutes and when I attempt to go inside and ask, staff mimics through the glass that the pizza is coming. They clearly forgot my pizza, and I was understanding because mistakes can happen. It was a series of 3 mistakes for a pizza but I was fine with that. Another 20 minutes and I am served an undercooked dough, obviously rushed in the oven, staff serves it and turn around. If i am not to ask what happened for the delay, they wouldn’t say a thing. So then I was damn pissed off. I was told that the pizza maker baked the wrong pizza for me and they didn’t know I wasn’t sharing the meat pizza, apologies here and there, and I am in disbelief with their poor judgement of the situation. All restaurants you go someone checks on the table or even have a little look on how their meal is going, if drinks are finished to upsell, etc. but not here with their 4 to 5 staff hanging around. When I order, I expect all main dishes to come around the same time, or that I am explained they will come 40 minutes apart. If any unforeseen circumstances, I also expect to be informed. It’s ridiculous that staff thought I could just wait in there for 40 minutes, looking at my partner having and finishing their meal, so I could start mine. I do not have to inform that we aren’t sharing the mains. I asked for boxes to take away left overs and provided feedback that if that happens next time they should communicate with the customer. I wasn’t impressed with their apologies and response that ‘we will pass the feedback along’. Look, the person wasn’t rude or anything, I could see some regret in them but wasn’t convincing that this would be taken seriously. When the take away boxes arrived, another staff came to the table with 2 sweet treats to make it up, and that chat sounded honest and interested in a positive outcome.

Last but not least, i spent $30-$35 per pizza and surely will never do it again as this price tag can offer a nicer ambiance, service and food at...

My partner and I needed to have a very quick dinner so decided to order from this shop as it was near our house. We ordered via their website and after we had paid, the website confirmed that our order had been received by the staff at the shop and that the estimated time until pick-up would be 30 minutes. My partner went to this shop at around the 30 minute mark to pick up our order, and, as it turned out, the staff had not been monitoring their online orders and had not even started making our food - this was despite the fact that the shop was not busy at the time that we ordered. We ended up having to wait an hour to pick up and have our food - if we had known this would be the case, we would never have ordered from here to begin with. Update** Not only was our order completely missed, when we finally picked it up, our pizza was so undercooked it had pools of water in it. It’s unclear to me how this shop has such...

I just got back from there, I ordered a chicken catupity pizza ($28 on the menu) with catupiry crust ($4 extra), sweet ball “beijinho” ($3 on the menu) and a flan ($6 on the menu) which was a $41 total but the man at the counter charged me $46 for no reason and didn't give me a receipt (he was trying to make what they didn’t earn on the day or fix the till, I guess?) I got home hoping at least to eat a good pizza after being OVERcharged... But unfortunately the quality of the pizza is HORRIBLE!!! The pizza base tastes like frozen pizza and the extra cheese on the crust tastes like nothing at all, like raw dough. The taste of chicken without salt. What a rage to have gone there to have my face robbed and not even be able to eat a good pizza. Hopefully I can receive an answer from the restaurant because I this is extremely disappointing. Use to be a good place. I put one star but don’t even...

New cafe/pizzeria in Wolli Creek. Classic Brazilian style pizza toppings (more cheese, more everything), pastries and homemade Brazilian cream cheese (catupiry). Opening night was crazy busy but we still managed to land ourselves three pizzas. Can recommend palm hearts, chorizo and onions, and the chicken and catupiry pizzas. Coconut cake was moist and gone in a second. More Lebanese pastries are coming soon as well as some baked kibbeh according to one of the owners. Excited for the new business and wishing them lots of success!

Thought I would try out this place after I finished shopping at aldi. Ordered two beef pies and a flat white for $23. Pies were $8 each. When I bit into it , it was all sweet potato and barely /almost no beef in it … I went back in to double check and ask if this is a beef pie and the guy said yes ? I didnt want to ask further . Feel like its not justifiable to market and sell a beef pie for that price and substitute it with much cheaper filling :/ Coffee was alright but also a bit overpriced
