Monty's Pizza St Marys — Restaurant in Sydney

Got a bbq chicken pizza got home and there was a insect roasted in my pizza This is not acceptable especially for a food place I called them and they couldn’t speak English much I tried to explain them they said send a photo so I did they said this is impossible but I’ll refund you give me your pay id and I’ll refund you I gave them my pay id then they said oh I have to wait for the boss to come cause I’m just worker here and I’ll pass the details to the manager in a hour I said please do I texted them a hour later then they didn’t reply so I walked back over there with the pizza and showed them including the manager they said it’s impossible for little bug in my store I said to them there small bugs they could be anywhere I proceeded to show the pizza and point the bug out then it must of blew away when I was walking yes it was dead anyway I took pics of it and felt sick worried I ate unsanitary food They proceeded to refund me but I would like to let people know about this at Monty’s pizza the owner...

I have been going here since it open in this area and when it was manage by 2 brother its was good service and never had any problem. Last few time they forget to add on which i paid as i notice when i open it at home. I understand sometimes it happen this Saturday i order at 8.45pm through app as always i do when i reach she said she did not receive any order and told me check i show her then she check and told you order for yesterday morning i was like i just order now and it not even show me its closed or for future order when i about to leave she said will make but take 10 min i said fine. I waited and go pizza and in car i check and they still miss things which i paid extra. I will not go again here. So rude behaviour. She could simply say might have system issues will make now but she was some kind of angry mood and said things . I am not cool next time i will go parramatta monty they give best...

Bought chicken supreme after reaching home we found hair called to tell and they just dragging as if they don’t understand English passing phone to each other . At one point this girl asking me if I’m placing order and I’m clearly telling them to refund me after long conversation they gave me 2 different numbers to send photos but when I did send and call them back to check and they replied they never got the photo .

I told them I’m driving back to show them so this lady on the counter called other boy from inside and that boy claims the hair was put on purposely . When I told them I work in food sector and I know the difference between how it looks the cooked hair and a normal hair fall .

She that agreed to make me new one but I have refused and asked for my refund.
