Ok. Let’s start with the food. It was ok but because of the staff’s unprofessional service, we all lost our appetite no matter if the food is good or not. We chose to meet up there as it was advertised being the dog friendly restaurant as we have two well-behaved poms. However there is a dog which was owned by a regular customer allowed to be free range walking around at the bar, whenever the dog approached and provoked our poms, our poms were upset and started barking. The staff instead to assist to seperate the dogs (or put leach on the dog) to help the situation, he yelled loudly at my friend and threatened her if our poms barked again, we need to leave. Unfortunately, the dog which is allowed to free range at the bar came to provoke our dogs, our dogs barked again, the staff came again to shout to us again and asked us to leave when we only just had our food on the table. We are also customers who paid for both food and drinks. Our dogs are very well behaved in a defined area with harness on. The only timing they were upset is because the free range moving dog came to provoke.
It is not an acceptable customer services. We feel we had been unfairly treated. We will NEVER go back again and will let everyone we know not to go. If there is a chance to leave a minus score for the service, I would score it as low as it can possibly go down too. There is literally NO customer service or even just a...

We both ate the chips and left the fish. When someone came to collect the plates, we weren't asked if there was something wrong; so zero cares I guess. We took the fish home for the dogs, even they didn't eat it until we peeled the oily batter off.
Interestingly my friend made comment later stating that he remembered that last time the fish was like this; he'd forgotten. I won't.
Given their popularity I woruld assume some of their other food is better, just start away...
