I recently visited a Thai restaurant and had the opportunity to try several dishes. I ordered the Seafood Laksa and Stir Fried Chicken Noodles, both of which were okay but not particularly memorable. The Seafood Laksa had a decent amount of seafood, but the broth lacked depth and richness, which are essential for a great laksa. The Stir Fried Chicken Noodles were adequately cooked, but the flavor was quite standard and didn’t stand out. Unfortunately, the Pan Fried Momos were a major disappointment. The skin was incredibly thick, making it difficult to enjoy, and the chicken filling was very bland. There was no seasoning or flavor to speak of, and it felt like it was missing the essential elements that make momos enjoyable. The restaurant itself had a pleasant atmosphere and the service was friendly and efficient, but the food quality left much to be desired. I had high hopes for a more flavorful experience, especially with the variety of dishes available on the menu. Given the mixed results of the dishes I tried, I'm not sure I would return unless I hear of significant improvements in the quality and flavor of the food. There are many Thai places that offer a more satisfying dining experience, and I would recommend exploring other options if you’re looking for standout Thai cuisine.

This restaurant doesn’t really deserve 1 star at all after what we experienced tonight. We spent $75 for our dinner, couldn’t finished one of our meal, asked one of the waitress if we can get a take away container but we don’t have cash on us. so we tried to tell them if we can get a container without lining up, as the line was quite long and reaching outside already. We wanna see what will they say or do for a 50cents take away container. Owners came up to us and say “its 50cents, come come to the register i let you pay for it, oh and 1cent surcharge coz you paying eftpos” . We were all shook of the customer service that they’ve shown not just to us but to the other customers that can hear them. This restaurant has no nothing about how to look after their customers. Your customers paid more than $50 for food and you making pay your customers 50cents with 1cent surcharge for containers. Even your waitresses knows how greedy you are everyone can tell that they have to ask permission from the owner for 50cents container?!?!? I guess its all about money. I’m pretty sure you will not run out of customers, but our small family and extended big families are going to stop coming to your restaurant.

The food here is so good! Fresh, hot and full of flavor. Staff are very efficient. The Shanghai Xiao Long Bao (Shanghi soup dumplings) are delicious. If you aren't ready for the soup when they burst in your mouth the first time, it's a surprise (I've had these at other places years ago, but hubby had never tried them. His face was priceless!). The spring rolls were very hot, very crispy and not at all oily/greasy. While I try something new here each time, hubby sticks to ordering his favorite satay chicken and boiled rice. It has a little kick that builds, but isn't immediately spicy or blow your head off spicy. Just because I could, I started dipping my spring rolls in hubby's satay sauce. OH. MY. GOODNESS! I'm eating all spring rolls with satay sauce on future! They really should bottle and still this satay sauce.

Had a pretty disappointing experience here today. Ordered dinner with my partner and our food came so far apart that one of our dishes was finished before the other even arrived. We also ordered Pan Fried Pork Buns with six shown in the picture, but when they arrived, the plate was sheepishly dropped off with only five buns. We went up and asked what happened to the other pork bun and were told that they only had 5 when our plate was put together and that another one was on the way. If that was the case, it should definitely have been told to us without us having to chase it up, but we didn't believe this excuse for a second as they had clearly just hoped we wouldn't notice. When the missing pork bun finally arrived, the person who delivered it acted as though we were rude and out of place for asking for the entirety of the dish we had paid for. I'd read some other reviews when deciding whether to eat here or not and noticed many that talked about the poor attitude of the staff, but having worked in customer service for almost a decade, suspected it might have been the customers fault in part, but after this I don't think that is the case. As for the food, the Chicken Laksa was pretty tasteless, and the Pad Thai and pork buns were mediocre. Definitely not worth the money we paid for them. There are plenty of other places in that food court that we have had much more positive experiences in, so we won't be...
