Noodle Paradise — Restaurant in Sydney

Easy fast food you decide what you order from menu board, inform & pay girl at counter & Asian chefs cook up the noodle meal in minutes.. The noodle bowl comes out steaming hot.. Smell fantastic..The take away bowl is a good size & was easy to carry & travel on the go with & eat it on the train.

Good sized portion meal, nice stir-fry sauce it could be more spicy since it is Mongolian sauce & I'm used to having it spicier, but overall it's nice with lots of thick egg noodles. There could have been a bit more stir fry veggies & a little more meat in the stir-fry.. The meat pieces could have been fried a bit more to get edges a bit crispy.. As there were still some fat deposits left on some of the cooked meat pieces in the bowl. Which I needed to remove, this is why they loose a point.. over all the taste was tasty.. Not too oily for fast wok tossed noodle bowls.

The take away bowl is microwave safe so if you are unable to finish the meal on the go, you can heat it in the microwave later at home...

Dine-in and had the BBQ duck and roast pork.

Bonus Points: Serving size was good for $17~ Quick service, dine-in in during lunch time on a public holiday.

Minus Points: Dine-in was served in a rectangle plastic take-away container. Roast Pork was old as though it has been reheated. The texted of the skin was harder than "crunchy" where it would steak to your teeth. The meat was dry as chalk with no rendered fat/moist. BBQ Duck was dry and rubbery skin. Plain rice was mediocre. Bok Choi was probably the only freshest thing on the plate.

Overall: Wouldn't recommend taking someone on a date here if you're wanting to impress someone. Dine-in sitting on a high stool facing the wall. Eftpos is available with no surcharge. Large variety of common Chinese take-away dishes. First time visit, would i return? No and for this reason it...

This morning I ordered a laksa with thin rice noodles but they gave me one with thick egg noodles. I pointed out their mistake with my order so they took it back where I saw the cook dump it back into the wok. They then proceeded to take out the egg noodles, put in some thin rice noodles and recooked the whole dish to give back to me. It did not taste good as all of the ingredients had been cooked twice.
