Dear owner, Here is the review you have been waiting for. As a regular customer whether via Uber eats or in store, I think itās fair to say after 2 bad experiences within a month i will never return. Although the owner does not care anyway and will simply tell you there is plenty of other shops to go to. Ordered 3x manoush on uber 1x being oregano, veggies and yoghurt. My notes were no oregano, in a box. $5 was added to my order with no further info. (Price adjustment) I call to ask why? Apparently how you want it makes a difference, in a box or folded? How stupid, any way to scam people. I have gone in multiple times and always have the same order and never charged differently. If anything I should be owed $5 for removing oregano. Blocks my number and cancels my order as my driver arrives. Call him back and advised that he did because āI was rudeā wow. If being firm is rude to you then you have no idea what rude is. Reminded him of a time he was extremely rude in store because he wanted cash and didnāt want me to pay via card. Rudely advises me ā IF YOU COME ON SATURDAY DO NOT GIVE ME CARD I ONLY ACCEPT CASHā go pay your taxes on your business, stop scamming people and have more respect. I have phone recordings anyway so donāt deny what I have said with your response because I have the proof I need and will happily share. May Allah guide you. Itās beyond me the level of pressure this joint goes through from how busy they are and still manages to bring out orders this delicious, fresh as, crispy and flavourful. Theyāre nothing short of professionals. Very well priced, considering the rising costs of everything, their prices are reasonable and fair.
