The worst dining experience I have had to date.

I ordered a pasta among other things. The girl taking my order suggested I have the chicken. I told her I am a vegetarian, and she then offered the truffle mushroom pasta. When the pasta came out, there was chicken on it. I told the waitress that I couldn't have chicken; I am a vegetarian. She responded that the truffle comes with chicken.

I told her that I told the girl who took my order I was a vegetarian, and that she suggested this dish. She begrudgingly took the dish away. About ten minutes later, they came back with the pasta. I ate about half before I realised I had eaten a bit of chicken. I then found more bits of chicken in my food. I went to the kitchen and asked for the manager. I told him that my food had been brought back with chicken in it,

THEY PICKED OUT THE CHICKEN AND BROUGHT THE SAME PASTA BACK, and I had eaten half. He responded that this dish comes with chicken, and he asked if I said no chicken. I don't know if they understand what vegetarian means. I stopped eating meat for my health years ago and haven't had meat since I felt sick for the rest of the day. They said they refunded the meal ( I am yet to see the refund in my account).

The idea that you can serve someone a dish that you have picked the meat out of is disgusting, lazy, nasty thing to do...

I recently visited Oliver Brown at Rockdale Plaza and ordered an almond decaf mocha. It was absolutely perfect! The temperature was spot on—not too hot, not too cold—making every sip a pure delight. The coffee was perfectly grounded, delivering a smooth, rich flavor that lingered just long enough. Even my father-in-law, who usually doesn’t like anything, enjoyed his short black! That alone speaks volumes about the quality.

On top of the amazing coffee, the service was out of this world—friendly, efficient, and they really know their craft. Hands down, one of the best coffee experiences we’ve ever had. If I could give more than 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend for...

Mediocre Oliver Brown

Service was quick but nothing special. Waffle was good like any Oliver Brown Waffle, but they said they sold out churros and it was only 4pm, until I realised they close 5pm. For an Oliver Brown store 5pm is way too early, most Oliver Brown’s open till late like Hurstville and Beverly Hills.

The hot chocolate was way too hot, and was very very weak on chocolate compared to other Oliver Browns I am used to, almost tasted like hot milk. The cake fridge is very small, with limited options. Didn’t have some of the best cakes like Triple Chocolate Dome.

Oliver Brown is a nice addition to Rockdale Plaza but this one is a pass for now, hopefully they can improve...
