The customer service is horrible! I went in to buy sushi for my daughter who was with me the Asian lady who served me got angry because I asked for a carry bag! We bought 3 sushi’s & a drink , I had a big bag of shopping & needed to walk to the car & take it home when I asked for a bag she pretended not to hear me I asked her 3 times then 3rd time she got the bag turned around spoke loudly in her Language to the lady worker behind her & they both started laughing at me ! Like are you serious??? Over a 5cents bag? She said something about me which makes me wonder why they laughed at me absolutely horrible service ! This is not the first time I give them chance after chance & this was my last straw ! Last time they gave me old food that had been refrigerated over night & was hard as a rock & rubber & when I asked for an another one they wouldn’t give it to me . Today the food is fine I will admit that but after giving them so many chances the service is very POOR ! And to speak in your language about a customer who is standing right in front of you & laugh is disgusting couldn’t even wait till I left! She ruined my morning made me so angry & upset! My daughter was very uncomfortable because she knew they laughed at me & spoke about me , So instead of complaining she deserves this review ! We will not be back & will tell all our friends & family was disgusting inappropriate childish behaviour ! If you don’t want to give your customers bags for their food & drinks then start charging for them ! Don’t embarrass & humiliate your loyal customers like that and speak English next time so I can understand what you...

Apart from the Sushi being fresh the amount of mistakes that take place are something that you would expect in McDonald's. On more than 2 occasions i have ordered 4 Sushi Rolls for me and my partner and once we got back to the car as they put it in a cardboard takeaway box there were only 3 however both time's charged for 4. You expect the right Sushi to be in the box. A few occassions when I have asked for Wasabi normally one for each roll which I'm happy to pay the 20 cents each the soy sauce was always left out. I thought one soy sauce was standard to everyroll??.

The final straw was i ordered Two Cooked Tuna and Avocado with White and two California Rolls with 4 Wasabis. The girl checked the Sushi one by one and triple checked untill i announced what I got and she had to make sure. Forgot the 4 Soy Sauce and Wasabis and i paid 16.90$ which definitely added the cost of soy sauce and Wasabi. I'm sick of always having to guide them like school kids and triple check so I'm over it rather get sushi were the Old Gloria...

Moved to this district for one and half year, always grab my lunch or dinner here, but never get bored of it. Firstly, the sushi tastes really fresh here, I really care the quality of fresh salmon, but they never disappointed me. Every time I buy salmon roll or sashimi which is always fresh and clean, plus I love wasabi and soy sauce for sashimi. Secondly all the deep fried food is really crispy and tasty, crispy chicken and prawn kastu rolls are my favorite. The most important point is all the staff are so nice and helpful here. One time I placed a party set and had some special requirements, they never get bored of my questions and tried meet all my requests.
