Oliver Brown — Restaurant in Sydney

I am quite disappointed with the customer service I received today at Oliver brown. I ordered 2 iced latte with almond milk and asked for one to be 1/4 strength ( very weak ) on the coffee and with less ice. My coffee was made too strong and both cups were only filled 3/4 full. I kindly asked the two baristas on this shift if they could add a little more almond milk as the coffee was too strong. Despite asking for it to be very weak , they argued with me stating that they can’t add any more milk because I asked for less ice and they refuse to add more milk even though the cup was only filled 3/4 full ... once again I stated that my coffee was made too strong and I had asked for it to be very weak. The barista was extremely rude , was constantly exhaling out loud and rolling her eyes at me, very rude and grumpy face. After arguing with me she poured the few drops of almond milk left at the bottom of an empty carton and told me to leave. My coffee was not made to my liking and the issue was not resolved. I paid extra to have almond milk however the baristas both made an issue about making my coffee weaker and refused to fill up either of the two coffees to the top.

I am a regular customer at Oliver brown and I have never experienced such poor customer service. My orders have always been corrected and made to my liking, and my drinks have always been filled to the top regardless of me asking for less ice. I believe that these two baristas may be new as I haven’t seen them before. Previous staff treated customers better and had exceptional customer service.

I work at a cafe as well.... and as a barista, myself, I believe these staff have poor customer service and work ethics. I have never been treated this way as a customer before , nor have I ever / will ever treat any of my customers in this manner.

I understand people have bad days, however coming to work with a grumpy face, and treating customers poorly is unacceptable . I was not greeted or treated properly. Very unprofessional, rude baristas, horrible service and I wont be ordering from Auburn Oliver brown again !

I never met her in my life but she that was kinda rude. NO welcome or a thank you, i am fully aware and I am not saying that you have to bow down to me and i ususall don't care about these kind of things but the store was not even that busy. And after like 10 to 15 mintes later i got my drinks. I ordered an Ice chai latte, a pink choco and a iced chocolate. It was sooo different from what it should have been. I work in Rhodes waterside so i frequently visit Oliver Brown for a quick drink before i work. So i know a little bit of what i am getting. It was poorly blended i even took pictures of it just in case someone will reach out to me. The pink choco is not even the same either. It tasted different and even looked different. The iced chocolate is also a joke. Why is the quality difference so big between the same store in different places? I am really disappointed i hope she was not racist to me just because i am of different origin. Well i hope things changes soon. Really do love Oliver Brown not this one in Auburn.
