Oliver Brown — Restaurant in Sydney

Only the hot chocolate and oreo gelato shake use to be nice. I think the owner has been changed as there is a difference in the quality of service and drinks. Service use to be wonderful previously, not anymore. I loved this place for their hot chocolate but now it's not good as it use to be. I will no longer be returning to this Oliver brown. Something else I would like to point out is that there was a woman who deserves to be shamed for her actions. She seems to be from the Islamic religion, this woman who works here, assumming she is the owner or the manager, yelled at the staff infront of the customers which was very unprofessional and horrible to witness. As a customer I was embarassed for the poor worker. No one deserves this humilation experienced by this worker. Hence why I have mentioned this incident here so hopefully she can read this and feel what this worker might have felt. Another thing is that the cups and spoons are dirty. I won't be returning, neither will my family. Don't waste...

I ordered two cappuccino 1 large skim normal strength and 1 large skim quarter strength warm extra froth and the lady with a black top had hair in a bun tall and skinny was very rude I was asking her question about my coffee and she just ignored me so I have to repeat myself so she will hear me that o e of my coffee is warm and she just rolled her eyes and said to me is too hot when she literally left the milk under the steam wand for too long and she's going to ask me if it was too hot and also I was waiting for so long for my two coffee and she was making coffees to other costumers wrong one of the staff said that table 7 needed a cuppuccino not a latte you made a latte instead of a cappuccino and her reply was who cares just give them that what kind of a staff is that costumers should get what they paid for not what she wants to give them very disappointed with the service and she should be trained again and she needs to get her attitude right and not give attitude to paying costumers...

My experiance tonight was poor to say the least. My girlfriend and I went in tonight to grab a couple of coffees. We arrived over an hour before the listed closing time but upon arrival were told that the coffee machine was closed and that they could only do takeaway. We ordered a couple of hot chocolates and sat down to wait for the order. While waiting we couldn't help but overhear staff yelling and arguing with each other across the cafe. The guy making the drinks ended up getting both wrong because he was distracted arguing with everyone else. We left quickly feeling very uncomfortable being there. We did not receive any explanations or apologies as to why they were shutting early or why the staff were upset with each...
