OOSHMAN Caringbah — Restaurant in Sydney

Have been a regular customer here since a few months lately the food quality and taste has been worse. Ordered a lebo fries and 2 fleming Peri Peri wrap but when i opened the wrap there were too much tomatoes and lettuce with almost 2-3gm chicken in each wrap. I know i ordered at last moment but instead of explaining it openly they gave a 0 damn about what the customer would think and see. Last time also the lebo fries were too dry with just chips and coriander. Taste is average nowadays but previously it used to be finger licking. I know mistakes can happen sometimes but it shouldn’t be with consistency. Would keep ordering for the last time if same things happen then sorry there are way better places. And please for this and last order i want refund/remake. Dont take it negatively instead improve as i also work in such places and i have never done...

Firstly I have never ordered from this place before tonight and I must say I Don’t really like the fact that my friend rings on my phone and the staff member decides to say hello is this ( says my full name) and then says my address whilst on the phone with her. This is so concerning! I have never called this company before and you managed to gain that kind of information without even asking and just from a phone call. I may seem a bit over dramatic but I find that very invasive and quite disturbing. Also not sure if this is legal!?

Oh and the pizza wasn’t that great either. Over cooked and the delivery driver didn’t say anything her just handed me the boxes and then walked off. Will never...

I know this place is highly recommended, but last nights order delivered much more then the usual deliciousness we have come to expect. Lets just say it was a very long night with all fingers pointing to the culprit being either the baklava or margarita pizza 😥 Although presented well, tasted great and had a commendable texture and design.. It kept me up all night.. and made my tummy very angry indeed. I have travelled the world and drink the water out of the tap in 3rd world countries with no issues what so ever.. so god knows what magical chemistry combination went on..
