OOSHMAN Maroubra — Restaurant in Sydney

Explosive, literally. My friend and I ordered 2 wraps, and they were delivered to our house. We began to unwrap the paper wrapping on the wraps, and enjoy the food (which was quite nice). Then, unexpectedly, my wrap simply exploded as the paper tore at the bottom, giving me a generous splashing of peri peri sauce over my pants and couch. Minutes later, in the same fashion, my friends wrap also exploded, spraying his brand new white shirt and pants with the peri peri sauce. If you order from this restaurant, exercise extreme caution and consider wearing several aprons. And if anybody from Manoosh is reading this, please consider fortifying your wraps in stronger wrapping paper.

Staff is really bad and doesnt pay attention to its customers. I was picking up an uber order there but I didn’t have any other orders so dont make things up and focus on your employees who are ignorant to delivery person and make them wait for long time, while our living depends on this. And yes I have been your customer as well and still would say its average. If you investigated then please check how I was asking your employees how much time it would take and they didn’t bother to even look at me. I asked them out loud still no response as if they were deaf. Investigate again before pointing it back on me. I see from where they got their rude attitude....

Great variety on the wrap menu - lots of different ingredient combos including some with chips and you can switch to sesame bread which adds an extra element of flavour. You get to pick your protein.

Got the Fully Tabouli ($17.50) with hot pepper chicken - was expecting grilled chicken but it was spicy battered popcorn chicken bites. Very tasty with the garlic toum, the chips and tabouli! The bread has a good thickness and flavour.

Also got the Hommus Cracker ($17.50) - picked lamb kafta which was soft and tender and went well with the hummus, lettuce, tomato and pickled cucumbers. The sesame...
