Ooshman isn’t just another kebab shop — it’s a modern Lebanese bakehouse that takes classic Middle Eastern flavours and gives them a fresh, playful twist. Their menu is beautifully curated with something for every craving, from hearty breakfast wraps to crisp manoosh, loaded fries, and indulgent desserts.
Start your day with a unique breakfast wrap like the Sujuk & Eggs or go green with the Avo Oosh-Oosh. Each option is made with care, served warm, and packed with flavour. Come lunch or dinner, the wraps shine: the Garlic Goddess is a standout, loaded with tender grilled chicken and a generous slather of toum, while the Habibi Yeeros and Flaming Peri Peri wraps offer bold, satisfying spice.
For something more traditional, their Manoosh selection includes classics like Zaatar, Lahembajin, and Triple Cheese, as well as the flaky Spinach & Cheese Pie. They also serve sandwiches with fun names like Kafta Baba, Parmi Brother, and Falafels Mama, all generously filled and served on crusty Lebanese-style bread.
Kids are spoiled for choice with mini pizzas and Chicken Nuggets & Chips, while adults can dive into Oosh Fries, Lebo Fries, or a shareable Avocado Dip Platter. Salad lovers can enjoy Tabouli, Fatt-Oosh, or a Wild Rocket Salad for something lighter.
Finally, don’t skip dessert — from Nutella Nutella to Biscoff Biscoff and Pistachio Delight, their sweet offerings are the perfect finish.
Affordable, fast, and full of soul, Ooshman is a must-visit if you love fresh Lebanese food served with style...
Read moreWe ordered dinner on Friday night from here and was highly disappointed. Usually we go to the store at Baulkham Hills but decided to try North Parramatta this time. We had an Uber eats voucher so decided to use that. We did not get delivery as my husband picked it up. The food was ready at 5:03pm and my husband picked it up nearly straight away and came home which is not even a 10 minute drive. The chips were cold and had a strange taste as if they had been cooked and sitting out for a long time, which for me made them inedible. They were gross. I ordered the mustard deluxe wrap which I always order from the Baulkham Hills store and it’s always delicious. I had to throw mine away it was that bad. The halloumi was one thin slice down the side of the wrap, I pulled the wrap apart to find it as I could not taste it and that’s when I saw how much there was. They may as well not have put any on. The rest of the wrap was the mayonnaise and mustard sauce which was way too much making it sickening. The rest of it was the thick bread. The only plus there was the bread was nice. I will never order from this store again. Baulkham Hills is...

The food turned out great too! It’s rare to see such personal and kind customer service these days. Definitely...
