Most disgusting Oporto franchise in Sydney! I have attempted to contact the owner Anuj many times with no avail, Ilived nearby for 2 years and have seen rats running around eating the leftover rubbish and ibis birds making mess everyday. Been a resident nearby for 2 years and since new ownership the lawns are never done, I have asked the employees on multiple occasions and texted the owner to clean up the rubbish daily and tend to gardens like nearby KFC and McDoanlds but they just shook heads. So disgusting that this business is allowed to operate! They also send garbage trucks at 3am and do works on the property at midnight when this business is located within residential area. I have complained to the council and the EPA! Ordered an otropo combo along with a veggie burger in a wrap. Received the otropo combo but they gave a vegan wrap instead of the veggie wrap. Spoke to the owner Annuj whom replaced it with a veggie wrap. Ordered a spicy chicken bolas in which I ended up biting onto a sharp bone and when questioned the owner, he stated " It's common to find it in the chicken". Not sure if it's common to find sharp bones in small chicken nugget pieces. Have a bit of pain in my tooth but definitely will be following up with a dentist. The Oporto Vegan Range is out of this world! I usually get the wrap but I noticed last time I was in there is also a vegan patty salad option. That salad was so good, I could eat one everyday for the rest of my life! I sent feedback to Oporto already as I really hope this salad sticks around for a long time.
Service was excellent from the store as I requested no tomato in my salad and the girl serving us explained the ingredients and how it was made thoroughly. I'm glad she convinced me to keep the tomato in! It's nice to know some fast food employees know and care about their products as you generally never see this.
