Before I start my review. It's amazing to see that how everyone and the majority has complained about this specific franchise. It's also amazing to see the copy pasted response from the Oporto team stating how they really do value the customer experience and yet over and over again customers are continually experiencing terrible service. So before you do respond to my experience here I'd appericate if you really did not copy paste your default response and tell me what you have done for this not to repeat it self.
There is a person, Indian man not young who runs the show at this place and apparently has the right to tell the customer what sauces they can get with thier meal. Well excuse me? Are you really going to tell me MY FLAVOUR?? Gives you no choice of the sauces you can get and insists one should only take garlic and nothing else?? Well, to get me off the que he said you can tell me later what you want but when I came to collect my order he had stuffed in 4 garlic sauces and when I said hey you told me I can change these in the end, he insisted now that what he have packed for you we cannot take these back. Is this guy getting bonus's on selling garlic sauces?? What kind of customer service do you call this? Or has this guy ever had any training in relation to this.
This happened around lunch time with many witness's and everyone was shocked at the way this guy had treated me. I will be reporting this further and I will honestly be disgusted and shocked to see if this man is still allowed to work here.

I’ve had enough. This is the third time I’ve ordered a meal with chilli from this store, and for the third time, it’s been left out completely. Despite clearly requesting it every single time, I’ve gotten home only to discover the same mistake again. This isn’t just an oversight—it’s sheer carelessness and a sign that this store doesn’t value its customers or take their orders seriously.
What really pushed me over the edge was the manager’s response. After I raised the issue, I got a call—not to sincerely apologise or make things right, but to offer $3 off my next order. That’s their idea of compensation for three ruined meals, totaling $48? It’s insulting, stingy, and shows an absolute lack of accountability or regard for customer loyalty.
This isn’t just a one-time error—it’s a repeated failure, and their response proves they don’t care. I won’t be ordering from this store again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it too. There are plenty of places that know how to treat customers with basic respect and get an order right.
