Ok I didnât want to write this but it has come to this I have been ordering my food here since it has been opened 2 days ago I got refuse food cause I ask to change the noddles to rice , know mind you I have been doing this since this place has been opened, Know I can t have noddles and I explained this to them and they still wouldnât serve me When I was there two weeks ago , one of big bosses was there and he said it wouldnât be a problem doing this at all the time Know the manager who was on yesterday was rude , aggressive, argumentative, and his customer service well was extremely bad Also the tables are sticky like they havenât been cleaned and also have stuff orders up which has happened a couple of time Now I would like to know why all of a sudden it has change please explain Keep well away from this place as some of the people shouldnât be working there If there was a minus 10 for there service they would be getting that rating , worst service I have ever come across Again some of the people working at this place shouldnât be...
   Read moreI visited your restaurant in Norwest with my family on 25.06 around at 18:30. Everything was very good, taste of dishes and atmosphere of restaurant. However, my order has come 30 minutes later than my wifeâs and sonâs orders. When I reminded the lady who collects orders, she warned the staff in the kitchen. So it was very obvious they forgot my order which is ok, we are all human. But after 10 minutes when I asked my order again, the reply was very creative âwe are preparing the other ordersâ. And most interesting thing was while we were talking each other, the branch manager(!) who was sitting in front of the computer and heard what we were talking, didnât even care with no reaction instead of trying to involve by saying âsorryâ.    Read moreBEWARE THEY GET TAKEAWAY ORDERS WRONG AND DO NOT OFFER TO FIX..! We ordered 4 takeaway meals - $58. When got home one was wrong. (Probably someone elseâs order - Our Receipt showed what we ordered and paid for but they made or packed the wrong thing) Thatâs fine ppl make mistakes but itâs the attitude when we called that sucks - they really didnât care and brushed us off saying there is nothing they can do.....? (PS the wrong meal was also cheaper than the on one we ordered so wok on in are the winner here!!) They took our email address and made a half-hearted gesture to give us a free meal next time we go in but GUESS WHAT; IT NEVER ARRIVED....!! - how surprising!
