NIGHTMARE night here! Spent one night here with my friend on holiday, everything seemed perfect, perfect value and big room...but when we got to the apartment that night our keycard wouldn't let us in. Called the after hours helpline and got 4 spare keycards from the lockbox NONE of which worked. We were stuck out in the cold, just two young girls at night. Eventually another guest let us in and then our keycard didn't work for the elevator EITHER. Spent another hour waiting for security guards who couldn't get it to work (at this point we had 5 useless keycards and the mastercards weren't working). My friend had to go behind the reception desk and make new cards through the system with the helpline on call. It's like our level of the apartment got forgotten from the system! We got to bed at 3am that night. We were unfortunately only offered a 25% discount despite being put in a dangerous situation. We've received but ONE proper apology for the inconvenience by anyone involved (managers, helpline etc.) Our one night was ruined and nothing to...

-Great quiet location near train station and local supermarket. The room is nice but not very clean, especially the tile floor, maybe because I stayed during the peak season so the cleaning services were limited. -The fire and smoke detection system is very sensitive so if you are going to do any cooking, make sure you have to put the exhaust fan at the highest level, which is really noisy. In addition, they do not have any Queen bed, only 2 single beds joined (I did make a request in advance as the advice from the Google Review but I still did not get it finally because the apartment does not have any queen/king beds). I had to pay $25 per night for parking but there were quite a few free visitor parking spaces available at the back of the building because the businesses in the building were already relocated so please check before making a parking reservation. They have a lot of private parking spaces so you can make a reservation anytime. I was also required to pay $500 as a bond. I did not know this policy...

They have nice rooms and I enjoyed my stay. The only issue this time was with my late checkin ... despite my phone calls letting them know I'll have a late checkin, arriving a day later (the good thing is, they called me before I could call them), I was held up downstqirs for almost an hour around 1 am - I couldnt find my keys in their late checkin safe, despite punching in the numbers in their email. After an hour, though, their security guard came through and let me in my room using their key, and I got my keys fixed later that da. And thankfully, despite being reasonably occupied, i didn't feel like there were neighbours around me. The sound of shower and taps, door, or people chatting was rarely heard. While the room was great, the corridor near room 508-09 smelt bad. Hopefully, this doesn't happen again, and I'll be happy to stay here...
