Passage to India — Restaurant in Sydney

Unwelcoming and Very bad experience. A Restauarant that gives takeaway without spoon, fork, tissues. (just because you havent asked for it). 14/05/2017 Sunday evening on our way back, I went into this restaurant along with my son to get either a dosa or chicken biryani for the little one. They dont have dosa so ordered chicken biryani takeaway, to my astonishment they took 15 mins to reheat that chicken biryani takeaway box in microwave (its all happening in front of my eyes-they forgot to close the kitchen door). After reaching car, kid noticed there isnt spoon or fork to eat, I went back to ask and i am more stunned by their reply: "you didnt ask for it in first place". Btw: The taste of biryani is mediocre, Mum's roti finished his hunger after reaching home. I've asked for this restaurant manager and they said its managed by Ashok Chavan . Thats it. Also they didnt even have courtesy to tell their customers to take a seat while they wait for biryani. I will definitely not visit this...

Very very Poor Service and Food taste is awful. I went to the Restaurant on 21 Oct 2016 and sat on table 3. After ordering the food we waited for 35-40 minutes for food.we ordered 2 dishes the waitress gave us 1 dish without naans and then the 2nd dish with naan arrived after 20 minutes. We waited our food was cold by that time. Taste of food was very bad chicken jalfrezi doesnt taste like jalfrezi taste like chicken boiled in water. Naans were good. I’m really not sure what’s going on with the reviews. I’ve been ordering takeaway from this restaurant for more than 5 years. Great food and service and the owner knows me well enough to ask how come I don’t come as often anymore. I live over an hour away now but get takeaway whenever I come to Blacktown, and the food has always been great. I order Chicken Biryani and Chicken Tikka and I’ve always received amazing food and service. I hope this restaurant sticks...
