Ronnies Pizza House Blacktown — Restaurant in Sydney

NO LONGER MAKING PIZZA, JUST SPECIALISING IN FIND THE TOPPING GAMES.

Possibly the worst shop I have dealt with. We ordered 3 pizza's and they were disgusting! $73 and the quality was horrific. I have been dealing with Ronnie's for years (many long years 10+) but this has been extremely dissapointing. The pizza's were tastless and had no topping. One of the pizza's was a cheese pizza yet the cheese was no where to be found. I called 4 times and I hope I can load the call log. But I was ignored after I told them what was wrong. Apparently DP is too busy to call back a customer. The sad thing is only weeks prior I ordered from them.and they stuffed up my order....when I arrived they apologised and told me they accidentally put jalepenoes on both pizza's and they said we can make you a new one but you I would need to wait. With guests over waiting and most of our order finished it would have been stupid to wait, so I told them that the food would go cold by the time they made the pizza they stuffed up so they offered me $5 off (a joke but by that stage I just wanted to leave).

Not sure if this place is under new management or if the owner are just over it but it really is disrespectful and poor...

Never again! Usually we order pizza from Dominos but this Saturday we were thinking to give a go to the small business. With the Covid hardship and everything, you know. Around 6:30pm calling to order a pizza, delivered. While taking the order over the phone, the lady was taking another few orders from clients in the shop. So I had to repeat my order a few times. Finally managed to place the order, give address and when I was trying to say that I want to pay with credit card Im told: "Delivery in one hour" and she hangs up on me. I said OK, Its Saturday night, watching AO womens final, one hour will pass quick. After one hour and 30 minutes I still did not receive my pizza. I call back. Lady puts me on hold for more than 5 minutes while taking other orders.Finally she gets back to me, I ask where is my pizza, she is screaming in the shop enquiring about my pizza and Im told it will take another 15 minutes. I told her that I want my pizza tonight not tomorrow and hang up. Pizza never arrived. I did not die of hunger but they got a bad review and, of course I will never, ever order from them again. Also i will tell everybody about...

Sad to say but Ronnie's Blacktown died when management changed hands 2 years ago. I've been eating Ronnie's since I was 12 so 37 years. This was without a doubt the best pizza place in Sydney. I would proudly recommend it to everyone! I wouldn't now!!

The topping has been drastically reduced and is now more like a Domino's pizza. The flavour is lacking in all aspects. Not as much ham, big patches of no topping, topping not spread around evenly and lack of cheese which I'm assuming has caused the dough to even taste different as the juices aren't going through it.

I remember sitting in the waiting area after being told it would be ready in 20minutes and having to wait another 10-15minutes but I can tell you it was well worth the wait. In that time the phone would be ringing off the hook and there would be 2 - 4 other people waiting too, not anymore. There is a reason why they can now tell you it will be ready in 20 and it is. There certainly aren't as many people ordering anymore.

Good luck to the new owners however please keep in mind if you change the product people will stop...
