Pear Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Sydney

Went to dinner with friends to Pear Thai Restaurant in Thornleigh (NSW). My wife and I have never been to this restaurant before. I am particularly wary of Thai food because of severe allergy to shellfish and don't handle (chilli) hot food very well.

So when we ordered, we specifically asked for mild heat on the chilli and ordered dishes which typically came with seafood not to have these included. The food that was served was fantastic; great flavour and were as requested.

The friendly team were all welcoming and the cooking was authentic and will remind anyone who has experienced it of the amazing food from all regions of Thailand.

Pear Thai is located in Thornleigh just off Pennant Hills Road with heaps of off street parking available.

I will be back and will be trying out more dishes they have as the menu has huge variety.

I've been here with my family from Thailand. I have no idea about almonds prawns, so I decided to order this, this is so fantastic !!!!! It absolutely spots on ! I also ordered salmon rolls, which is a bit spicy and sour, umami favor.

For main, I ordered chef succession, Ka na moo krob, crispy pork belly. I'd say it's 1000% crispy n crunchy, I'd recomend this one as it's still in my mind, and wanna come back and order this again. Not easy to find the place where served this top tier like this...
