I ordered through the app as i usually do. Waited around 30 minutes for a sandwich because i wasn’t told it was ready yet. Once after 30 minutes of waiting i finally got a COLD toasted sandwhich and when i asked the staff why it was cold and took so long they never offered a remake or an apology. They told me that i shouldn’t have ordered a sandwich through the app that was out of stock (even though on the app it allowed me) and told me to next time ask at the counter before ordering.
